Loyal, loving, and well-mannered, this little guy was found as a stray but quickly showed his gentle and protective nature. He walks well on a leash, enjoys human connection, and would thrive in a stable, loving home. If you are looking for a devoted companion, he is ready to be yours!

Story
Hello. This is Nala. I found her near the Alamodome and saw that she had a collar with a phone number. I took her in hopes of getting ahold of her owners but they did not answer. I took her to the vet and they saw that she was Microchipped. The vet provided me with her name, which is when I found out her name is Nala and she is only 9 Months old. The vet also tried to contact the owners, but again no response from them. Eventually, I went out of my way to text the owners to see if they wanted her. They finally responded and after a short call, they informed me that they did not want Nala and that when they had her she was left outside on her own. I have decided to foster Nala, unfortunately I cannot keep her as I do not have time in my schedule to train a new puppy, as I work 14 hour shifts. Nala is a great puppy who needs someone who can provide the training and attention she needs. She loves cuddles and she loves to play. She is a fierce pup who needs a great home!

Story
Hello, My name is Heide Walker and I recently found a lost dog at the intersection of NW Military and West on March 20. We found a microchip (xxx) xxx-xxxx 81784) and discovered that his name is Rosco. We were told that his microchip information was last updated on 2/28/2019. Our vet's office forwarded our info but we have not heard back yet and would appreciate some help finding this guy a home. Roscoe is a bit conflicted on how he feels about humans. He enjoys walking up to people and sniffing their hands, but he has only gotten comfortable with me touching him in our home. He will follow my adult daughter and she can walk him on leash, but he is still quick to snap at her. He had snapped and nicked a couple of ladies trying to catch him on the street. With patience and going at his pace, he has warmed up to me over the past two weeks. He has seen our dogs and cats through a glass door. We do not believe he is cat friendly, but we are unsure how he would react to a dog nose to nose.

Story
Radar is a very energetic Corgweenie (Corgi and Dachsund) with the softest coat.  He is young, around a year old.  He is also, a little bit mild mannered Dr. Jeckyl mixed in with an Evil Mr. Hyde.  He can be very snuggly and sweet, and also very possesive and jealous.  Lets call it Extreme Loyalty!  He will bare his teeth and snap if he feels cornered.  He just needs a lot of love and attention.  He is UTD on shots and is neutered.    Needs excercise to work out his anxiety and we also have him on some anxiety meds.  Should not be in a house with small children. He was found running loose in Sequine.  He was held for 7 days but never reported missing or claimed.   Fill out an application here: https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/57447/generic ##1952664##

Story
We have had Tex since he was a puppy, about 8 weeks old. He's always been a good family dog and gets along very well with other dogs, but since COVID he has become very anxious when left alone. To the point where we can't leave him home when we go out to run errands or to work. We own a coffee shop and can no longer stay home with him or bring him with us to work. When he is left with my parent's dog he does ok in the yard or their house for stretches of time, but they are leaving for the summer soon and he'll be alone again. He is turning 12 in June and is getting to be grumpy and sometime growls at our kids at times. He has never bitten, but really prefers to be left alone and just lay on his bed or in the grass outside. He's a good dog and our lifestyle is just too chaotic for him in his senior years. We are sad to have to rehome him, but we want to do what's right for him. He loves short walks, sunshine and snoozing on a soft bed. He has good manners overall, but can be a barker.

Story
WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Bogart - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Looking for a new FBF (furry best friend)? Look no further than Bogart (hey, hey, that's me!) and I'm here looking to adopt me a family, a home...one I can say will be all mine! And since you're reading this, I'm hoping that you'll consider making ME a part of yours!!!! I came from a hoarding situation where there was about 20 of us stuck inside this house. Because of having to fight for lovins and food I would probably do best in a quieter home. I can be more dominant and would do best as your one and only or with a more submissive smaller dog. I like to play with them and have a grand ole time getting a good game of chase going on. I will need a slower acquisition period with a 4legged playmate. I am so super loving with my people, coming up with smiles (yes, I have that corgi smile!) and tail wags. I is a sweet, adorable pup of around 3 years old and 12lbs that has that cuteness overload that will win over your heart with my charming and sometimes silly personality. I would make a great companion for a retired person or someone that works from home. I is ready to start this next chapter in life with lots of puppy kisses, tail wags and cuddles with my new family!! And I do give the sweetest lil kisses!! I do great with people and even do well with the smaller versions. I did get the chance to meet one of those creatures y'all call a cat and I'll be honest...I didn't know what to think!! I still not quite sure what to think but she didn't run from me and even let me get in a few sniffs. She seems to be A-Okay and most of the time I don't really pay her any never no minds! I am crate trained and I'm working on my housetraining and doing fairly well with it. I'm let out often and it didn't take me long to know to do my business outside and haven't had an accident in a while. I will need some guidance in leash training as I've never had the pleasure of going for a leash walk. :( But I think with a little patience I'll really enjoy them! I sleep all night long and my favoritest spot is...you guessed it, right beside you in bed!! I am sooooo ready to unleash all this awesomeness on a family and be that lil heartbeat at your feet or preferably on your lap, so if you think I'd be a pawsome fit for you and your lifestyle, please stop scrolling and fill out my adoption application! It can be found at haydudeequine.org
