Story
Meet Mochi (2 yrs, Neutered Male)   Breed: Welsh Corgi Mix Color: Brown / White Weight: 15 kg Height: 29 cm (shoulder height)   Rescue Story Mochi was rescued from a city shelter where he was scheduled for euthanasia. He is now safe and ready for his second chance at a loving home.     ‍ Human Socialization Mochi is extremely affectionate and social. He approaches both familiar people and strangers with confidence, leans in for attention, and even happily jumps into the arms of people he meets on walks.   He is comfortable with both men and women. He has not been tested with young children under 13, but he allows being lifted and will show his belly once he trusts you.     Dog Socialization Mochi greets both known and unfamiliar dogs politely and confidently. He’s more into chasing and exploring than group play, and he often prefers doing his own thing — sniffing, running around, or checking out the environment.   He gets along best with medium or larger dogs, or those similar in size to him.   Cats When encountering outdoor cats, he showed little reaction. A formal cat test can be arranged.   Energy Level As a Welsh Corgi mix, he has a naturally active personality. He loves running, exploring, and seeking human attention. As long as his energy needs and desire for engagement are understood, he is easy to manage.   Walks He pulls on the leash at times, but overall follows his handler well. He is confident even on busy streets and enjoys walks in all environments.   Other Behaviors • No resource guarding toward people or dogs • Food motivated, so mealtime supervision is helpful • Not separation-anxious, but dislikes confinement and may bark when restricted • In a kennel, he mostly whines • Currently uses both indoor pee pads and outdoor potty Apply to Foster or Adopt at www.adoptmekr.org Please also visit our Facebook or Instagram. Story
Currently in a Vancouver foster home 🐾 Hello, I’m Bombom — a gentle boy ready for a brand-new beginning. I’m a Welsh Corgi–Spitz mix boy, about 7.2kg, with a small but sturdy body and soft white fur that everyone notices right away. People say I have a cozy, comforting look — the kind that makes you want to smile when you see me. In February 2024, I was rescued from a place where dogs were being slaughtered. Three of us were saved that day… and I am one of the lucky ones. Because of where I came from, people worried I might be afraid of humans. But surprisingly, I’m not. I love people — truly. If you call my name, I’ll trot over with my tail wagging, hoping for affection. I enjoy attention and I have a sweet, gentle heart that just wants to be loved. I get along naturally with other dogs and have a calm, easygoing social nature. I’m also great on walks — steady, relaxed, and lovely to walk beside. Being outdoors with someone I trust feels peaceful and happy. I’m more than ready to be cared for, cherished, and loved. Now, I’m waiting for a forever family who can give me a safe, warm place to spend the rest of my life. Please give a new beginning to a soft-hearted boy like me — a boy with fur as white and gentle as his heart. 🤍🌿 With love, Bombom 🐶

QUICK FACTS Name: Paris Age: 6 months (Born on June 15, 2025) Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: Corgi–Jindo mix Color: White Weight: 6kg / 13 lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was on the euthanasia list at the Miryang City Shelter. I had parvovirus, and while the other puppies sadly didn’t make it, I somehow survived. Even though the odds were against me, I fought through the illness and was rescued just in time. Now I’m safe, healthy, and ready for a fresh start.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Spayed & healthy with no known health issues     MY PERSONALITY Hi! I am Paris. I’m a gentle little pup with a lower energy level than most puppies. I’m a bit shy at first, but I’m naturally sweet and quickly adapt to new people. I’m just starting to learn how to go on walks, and I’ve never shown any aggression toward other dogs. I’m perfect for a family looking for a calm and kind companion.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I’m a little shy at first, but I’ll take treats from your hand and warm up quickly, and I allow gentle petting. I have no experience meeting children under 13. I can be lifted by placing an arm under my belly. · With Dogs: I approach unfamiliar dogs to say hello, but I don’t play with them. · With Cats: I have not been observed around cats, so my reactions to them are unknown.   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a normal energy level and enjoy outdoor activities, but I settle down calmly once I’m back inside. I don’t have much walking experience, so when something scary appears, I flatten myself to the ground.   TRAINING & HABITS I don’t guard my food from people or other dogs. I rarely bark. I stay calm and quiet when I’m placed in a kennel. I use both indoor pee pads and outdoor spaces for potty breaks.   MY IDEAL HOME My ideal home is calm and loving, where I can feel safe and take my time to adjust. I would thrive in a family who gives gentle attention, offers treats and cuddles, and lets me explore at my own pace. I’d do best in a quiet environment without too much chaos, with people who understand I’m a little shy at first.   SPECIAL NOTES I’m a very cute and beautiful pup. I love my treats, have a calm and steady energy, and I’m good at sitting and staying focused. I’m a Level 2 Rescue Dog, which means I’m a little shy and need some time and support to adjust to new environments.   Paris' YouTube Playlist   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2604816##

Story
Hi, my name is Mongsil 🤍 I’d love to tell you a little about myself as I look for my forever family. I was rescued from a shelter in Gwangju, Jeolla Province, where many dogs were facing euthanasia due to severe space shortages after the shelter relocated to a new building. I completed all medical care, including infectious disease tests, bloodwork, spay surgery, and all my vaccinations. When I first arrived, I gently wagged my tail and walked up on my own—as if to say, “I’m safe now.” That moment perfectly describes who I am. 💛 **My Personality** I’m a quiet, gentle, and calm girl. I truly enjoy being around people, and when you call me, I’ll happily come over on my own. I’m comfortable with affection and enjoy gentle touch, but I never demand attention—just being near you makes me feel content. I have a very steady and reassuring presence, the kind that brings peace into a home. I also get along wonderfully with other dogs. I’m a bit of a peace-lover, able to blend into a group without conflict and adjust to the energy around me. I would do well in a multi-dog household and adapt smoothly to shared spaces. One of my favorite things is going for walks. I’m comfortable on a leash and naturally match your pace, staying calm and focused even outdoors. Because of this, I’m a great companion for first-time adopters as well. I’m curious about cats but show no aggression at all. With slow introductions and proper boundaries, living together could be possible. She is living with cats now and has no problem! Overall, I’m a soft-hearted, friendly soul who brings a sense of calm wherever I go. I know how to approach new people gently and form bonds without pressure. With my stable and loving nature, I’m ready to settle into a new home and become a loyal, comforting presence in your life. I’m waiting patiently for the day I get to walk beside you—forever. 🐾💛

QUICK FACTS Name: Dongdong Age: Estimated 2 years old Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: Corgi–Jindo mix Color: White Weight: 6.7 kg / 14.7lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was abandoned at the airport and wandered there for about a month, unable to leave the place where I was left behind. Now that I’m safe, I’m ready to start a new life with a loving family   MY HEALTH Feb 10, 2025: DHPP (Core vaccine) + Canine Coronavirus Feb 26, 2025: DHPP (Core vaccine) + Canine Coronavirus + Rabies Apr 9, 2025: DHPP (Core vaccine) + Kennel Cough + Canine Influenza Jun 1, 2025: DHPP (Core vaccine) + Kennel Cough + Canine Influenza Spayed & healthy with no known health issues     MY PERSONALITY Hello, I am Dongdong. I’m a bright and playful pup who gets along well with doggy friends I click with. I can be a little mischievous, so sometimes other dogs nip at me, but I’m always ready to make new friends!   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I’m a little shy at first, but I warm up quickly with treats and enjoy being petted. I can be gently picked up by placing an arm under my belly. Once I feel comfortable, I’ll happily show my belly for rubs. · With Dogs: I get along well with other dogs and like to greet and play, even with dogs I don’t know. I’m usually friendly with dogs of a similar size. However, I can get jealous of other dogs, so I would do best as an only dog in my new home. · With Cats: I haven’t had any interactions with cats yet, so my reaction to them is unknown.   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a normal energy level and enjoy outdoor activities, but I relax calmly afterward. I have plenty of experience on walks, and I follow my human well without pulling on the leash.   TRAINING & HABITS I bark when I see strangers. I stay calm when I’m in a crate. I use both indoor pads and outdoor areas for going to the bathroom.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m a small and adorable pup who needs a patient family to help me fully adjust. I warm up quickly to people with treats, even if I’m shy at first. While I can get along with big dogs, I tend to do better as an only dog. My perfect home would be calm and loving, where I can feel safe and gradually build confidence.   SPECIAL NOTES I’m a small and adorable pup. I tend to run away from strangers and don’t always let them touch me, but I can’t resist treats, so I warm up quickly. I’m a level 2 rescue dog, so I’ll need some time and patience to fully adjust to my new home. I get along with big dogs, though I can sometimes be a bit pushy and unaware of my own strength.   Dongdong's YouTube Playlist   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2609458##
