You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Moxie — 15 pounds of confidence, curiosity, and very tall ears. Seriously, her ears stand so high they may be picking up satellite signals. Moxie was found stranded in southern Minnesota and likely dumped, but you’d never know it from the way she’s learning to love life again. She can be a little shy when meeting new people—think of her as the “read the room first” type—but once she realizes she’s safe, she transforms into your tiny, loyal shadow and certified best friend. This little lady packs a big personality into a very small body. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, enjoys being part of the pack, and absolutely loves sleeping in bed with her humans. If you’re looking for a built-in nighttime snuggle buddy, Moxie is ready to clock in. A few things to know about our pint-sized queen: She’s about 85% potty trained (the other 15% is still under negotiation). She’s not a big fan of the kennel during the day—she prefers freedom and fairness. Because she can bark when you leave, a home without shared walls would be ideal. She arrived pretty scared, so we haven’t introduced a leash yet. For now, a secure fenced yard is the best setup for her. Moxie’s ideal home is one where she can feel safe, loved, and maybe a little spoiled (she feels strongly about the bed situation). In return, you’ll get a tiny dog with giant ears, a brave heart, and enough personality to fill the whole house. Small dog. Big ears. Samwise, affectionately called Sammy, may have started life as a stray, but his story is really about loyalty, heart, and second chances. Found wandering with his brother Pippin, these two young adventurers had only each other as they navigated the world. Now safe and cared for, Sammy is ready to find the family who will be his true fellowship. Sammy has a gentle, thoughtful personality and tends to be a little more observant than his playful brother. He enjoys taking in the world around him, watching what’s happening, and then happily joining in once he feels comfortable. Once Sammy bonds with you, he shows just how deeply devoted he can be. He’s the kind of dog who will quietly stay by your side, happy just to be near his people. Like any young dog, Sammy still has plenty of playful moments. He enjoys toys, time outside, and spending time with other dogs. He does well with canine friends and would love a home where he can continue building confidence and enjoying life with a buddy. Sammy is crate trained and learning his basic manners, and with patience and consistency he will grow into an incredibly loyal and loving companion. I’m Tinker. I may look like a big dog in photos, but surprise!! I’m only 16 pounds of pure personality. What I lack in size, I make up for in energy, confidence, and zoomies. I’m basically a large dog trapped in a fun-sized body. I’m a one-year-old who’s still polishing my manners (think: puppy brain in a slightly bigger body). Except I walk well on leash. Impressive, I know! I need another confident dog in the home — and honestly, I prefer friends bigger than me. A female would be fantastic! Big dogs? Yes please. I also require a secure fence because I’m quick, curious, and not afraid to test the perimeter. I would benefit greatly with an experienced handler & obedience classes. I’m potty trained, learning commands, and my favorite hobby is tossing my stuffies in the air, catching them and racing off like I just won a championship. If you’re looking for a small dog with big-dog energy, a little sass, and a whole lot of love… I’m your guy. 💙🐾 Adoption fee: $595
