There is no medicine or daily care that he will need. This is Isaac a 2 year old, 15 pounder who was very shy at first but warmed up quickly to the other dogs and his new surroundings. He is house and crate trained, my 2nd rescue for 2024 and he is extremely close to his buddy BUZBY. He follows BUZBY around like a shadow. They have a great time running zoomies in the backyard and playing chase. They do know there is a difference between inside and outdoor play. ISAAC is quiet and gives soft kisses. He is not bothered by the other foster dogs in the home but his buddy is BUZBY and he loves him. We think he is a Pomeranian/Corgi mix, he white coat is very soft and smooth and he does not mind you giving him head rubs. ISAAC has a cherry eye but is scheduled to have it removed this week before adoption. He looks like a Corgi Mix and he is long haired, I just do not know. He is 4 years old and weighs 22 pounds. DANNY loves to hang out with me and lay on me and he growls or moans while he is doing it, I guess it is pleasing to him. He was rescued from a not so good situation. He was with his deceased owner for 2 weeks before relatives showed up and found them together. The relatives put him in the yard and just forgot about him, never coming back to make sure he was okay or anything. The neighbors fed and watered him another week until the relatives relinquished him. The neighbors brought him to me and he has been settling in. He gets along with the other dogs but really has no interest in playing with any of them, he just wants to hang out with me. Follows me all over the house. He does play with toys and loves his chew bones. He can be trusted in the home while and I am gone on errands and he is potty trained. He puts himself in the crate sometimes to get away from the other dogs but he does not like me to lock him in. He rides in the car well and walks on the leash without pulling. They estimate her to be exactly 1 year old and she weighs 25 pounds. MADDIE is a very good girl who is pleasant to be around and low maintenance on a daily basis. She gets along with all of the dogs in the foster home and plays with most of them. She is so easy-going and nice. I figure she came from a home with kids in it because when she was found she had a pink marker drawing on her head, only a kid would do that. Sadly, MADDIE was abandoned in a local PetSmart here in San Antonio, TX. A lady pretending to be showing brought her in and just left her in the store to roam around. She is 2 years old and 25 pounds, a Corgi/Terrier/Shepherd Mix. She does not have short legs like a Corgi, she is just short in statue. NAOMI came to me after being found in an apartment with her deceased owner. I was told that she was so happy to finally see someone. And I can believe it because she is just happy all the time. She has that submissive act where she immediately turns over on her back to get belly rubs and she follows me all over the house. NAOMI gets along with all of my dogs, walks great on a leash and rides in the car without getting sick. She is crate trained and house trained. She would make a wonderful companion. Hi. I'm Sonny. I'm a 5 y/o, 29 pound, male, black and white corgi mix. I am a bit shy at first but once I come out of my shell, I start prancing around like a thoroughbred horse. I have even been known to bow down when I run in from outside and want to be fed. A little about my history.... I was one of 90 dogs living in a hoarding situation. My corgi brother and I were recently sprung and are still learning how to survive in a much quieter and safer environment. We are learning quickly though and are enjoying snuggling with our peeps and getting our own food. We also especially love having our own fluffy beds. I am playful with other small dogs and get along well with adults, children, and cats. Large dogs are unknown. I like car rides, leash walks, and being outside but I prefer being an inside dog. My energy level is low. I am a couch potato type and don't bark much. In fact, I love laying next to foster mom while she is on zoom calls for work. I am kennel trained, doggy door trained, and I don't mark in the house. So, if you are interested in an easy going and handsome gentleman like me, have your peeps call my peeps and we'll get this love fest started.
