Story
Harvey has all the right moves! He wiggles, he squiggles, he prances and dances like a star. Harvey loves attention and will put on his best happy dance to greet you and get you to give him all the scritchies and cuddles his heart desires. This little burst of happy energy needs to be your only fellow. A low-rider, he will fit well into just about any home. We know he looks portable,  but Harvey is not down with being carried.     ***Our pups don't tell us who their parents are - BREED is a GUESS*** ~  Est DOB:  Sep 2018 ~  Intake weight:  29#  ~  Adoption details:  calhouncountyhs.blogspot.com/p/adopt.htmlNovember 1, 2024, 11:11 pm

Story
We got her at the Dekalb county shelter in Ft . Payne , Alabama . on January 22 nd .We have a 10 year old chihuahua and they are just not getting along with each other . Gracie is ok with our chihuahua but since our chihuahua has been an ( only ) dog for the last 10 years , she is hesitated in being friends . The chip Gracie has does have our information on it . She is well behaved , and sits on comand .she wants to run outside and we don't want her to get lost because we live in a country setting , thus part of our delima with keeping her . This dog is sweet so if you can help , we will appreciate it as we really don't want to take her back to that shelter . We are willing to travel if its under 100 miles to transport this dog if we find her a new home . 🏡

Story
Meet Arnold, a one-year-old Corgi/Rat Terrier mix! He has reached his mature weight of around 21 pounds and sports a short tan and brown coat. Arnold gets along wonderfully with other dogs, but we are unsure of how he feels about cats! He loves attention, though, and will follow you around as he waits for pets. Arnold is also crate-trained and partially house-trained! Adopt Arnold and let this sweetie fill your life with love! Isn't he adorable? (ME, 12/4/24)**It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption fee: $395 covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip, and an Alabama State Health Certificate. Transport, if needed, is $160. We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs. Adoption fees for Hope dogs and those who have been at rescue for prolonged amounts of time are reduced to $150 plus a $100 transport fee, as notated in their listings.December 15, 2024, 5:32 pm
