Inga has been overlooked for far too long. She's an absolute lover, and a brainiac! She knows more than your average pup - sit, down, stay, place, touch, back up, shake, kennel up, roll over, spin, and the list goes on! If she doesn't know it yet, it will take her no time at all! She's also been started in sport dog training! She catches a disc, has medium food drive, and high toy drive. She knows catch, leave it, center, heel, out, take, and drop it (if you're a sports person, you know how tricky those can be to master)! She would thrive with someone as smart and active as she is, but don't let her enthusiasm fool you, she's a perfect snuggle buddy and has an excellent off switch and can be calm in her kennel for longer periods of time if needed. She's just the best! The adoption fee is currently waived. She is also receiving training from Good Dog Enrichment and Training, who will support her training for life! For anyone looking for a lost pet or considering adoption or fostering, we encourage you to make regular visits to the shelter. I've got the sweetest personality and I just LOVE my toys and sunbathing in the yard! Here's the scoop on me: Super sweet and affectionate-major snuggler alert! Already potty and crate-trained, so I've got those basics down. Good with dogs, but I'd do best in a home with older kids. I've got moderate energy, so I like to play but also know how to chill. A yard is a must for me because I love to stretch my legs and enjoy the outdoors! Eager to please-so I'm always ready to learn and make my humans proud! I'm currently living with a foster and loving life, but I keep hearing that I deserve a forever family of my own. Well their loss is our gain. Bert is a sweetheart.   He keeps his kennel clean, always happy to see anyone and does not complain.   Bert is good with other dogs and knows how to sit. Bert will do better with another dog around his size (since he can be a rough player) to play with and help burn off some energy. We did Brownie's DNA! He's about half cattle dog and the next biggest result was Boxer but he is mixed with many other breeds. Brownie is a sweet, energetic and spunky guy who had a rough start in life. He loves affection and is a good boy. He was found as a stray in Bonne Terre and got picked up by animal control, which is just a shed. We believe Brownie would do best in a more quiet home with older or no kids and an active owner that would spoil him and give him the life he deserves. Brownie will need a fence as he has a high prey drive and loves to chase the yard critters. If there are other dogs in the home they should be about his size or bigger. He loves to play with the other dogs. He has been introduced to the dog savvy catin the house and they get along okay.We only adopt to people in the St. Louis METRO area.
