Story
Jovi was surrendered to the shelter when her owner moved and couldn't take her with her. She has always been an outside dog, so she has not been housetrained. However, she keeps her kennel clean. She is good with other dogs and tolerates cats well. She does resource guard her food, so she would need to be the only dog in the home, or fed separately. Also, children should not be left around her when she is eating. She has been around kids and did well with them, as long as there is no food involved. She's playful, likes chewy toys and belly rubs. Jovi walks great on a leash and knows some commands. Primary Color: Brown Secondary Color: White Weight: 41.4 Age: 5yrs 7mths 2wks

Story
Michael's journey to the shelter started in quite an adventurous way! He was rescued by animal control after being fished out of The Lake, where he had been chased by some geese. Understandably, he wasn't too fond of the situation! While he was wearing a harness, and we initially thought his owners would come for him, no one ever did.Now that he's safe and sound, Michael is ready for a new chapter in his life. He's a friendly, sweet-natured dog who gets along well with both people and other dogs. He's still working on his leash skills, but he sure loves to go on walks. As an energetic guy, Michael thrives in an environment where he can get plenty of physical and mental stimulation. Whether it's hiking, playing fetch, or just having a good romp in the yard, he's sure to keep you active and entertained. If you're looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion who will bring lots of joy to your life, Michael could be the perfect match for you! He's ready to find his forever home where he can share his love and energy. To give Michael the fresh start he deserves, fill out an adoption application online at [daslakeoftheozarks.com](http://daslakeoftheozarks.com).Don't miss out on the chance to meet this sweet, energetic boy - he might just be the one you've been waiting for!
