If you look up the word "adorable" in the dictionary, you'll find a picture of this whole litter! Sure, they are cute, but they are just as sweet! These puppies are in our jail program where female trustees care for puppies while we get them vetted and adopted into wonderful homes. The program is great for socializing pups and beginning their training. We believe the pups are Cocker/Pug mixes and will be small, but we KNOW they will be a great addition to any family. If you'd like to adopt one of these cuties please fill out our application at www.goofyfootrescue.org

Buddy TEMPORARY Foster/Home Needed – Long Island, NY Meet Buddy! He is a male cockapoo, about 11 years old, and he needs our help. His family has run into some hard times and they need a temporary place for Buddy to stay where they can trust he will be loved and cared for while they sort out their living situation. They very much want to take Buddy back with them once they are settled. They tell us Buddy remains an active dog in spite of his advancing years. He gets along well with people and small dogs but is not a fan of larger dogs or cats. Buddy weighs about 19lbs, is neutered and UTD on all vaccines. Let’s help keep this family together! If you have the heart and home to take in this sweet boy until his family can reclaim him, please contact adoptions@paws-li.org or go to our FB page or call the number listed below. Story
Clover (Buddy) is a gorgeous 2 1/2 year old Cocker Spaniel/Shi tzu mix who needs a new forever home! He also responds to the name “Buddy”.Clover just loves a nice long walk with a person he loves. He is a curious boy and enjoys sightseeing during his walks.Clover attaches quickly to one person and is fearful of those he doesn’t know. He has shown some protectiveness over his previous owner. We recommend he be the only pet in the home.Clover lights up when it’s time to play! He has a blast playing with his toys and can be protective of them as well. A potential adopter would need to visit several times in order to win his trust and get to know him. This pup has so much potential if given the time and patience that he needs. An adopter would need to commit to working with a trainer as needed to help him build his confidence and learn to trust others. Due to his special needs, we are only seeking a local adopter who lives in a single family home.Clover is neutered, microchipped, heart worm free, approximately 30 pounds, and up to date on all vaccines. If you’d like to meet this handsome boy, please email adopt@bobbicares.org to arrange a visit appointment. All of our adoptions are local only.

Story
Meet Bandit!  Bandit is a very handsome 8 year old male who came to us last year sadly after his elderly owner passed away.   Bandit is currently in boarding hoping that he will again find someone to love him. Bandit will benefit from structure and routine in a patient home while he can learn to trust again.  An active adult only home where he can get the exercise and stimulation he needs is required. Due to his love of chasing squirrels, a cat free home is needed, and it would be best if he were the only child.   Bandit has been waiting patiently for his new home.  If you would like to give this beautiful boy his second chance, please contact us!   Bandit is current on all shots, neutered and has tested negative for heartworm. He will be professionally groomed before adoption and will go home with a new leash and collar. To apply: 1. You must reside within our adoptable states: NY, NJ, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, PA, DE, MD, VA 2. AND you MUST submit our online application, please  CLICK HERE  or copy & paste this link:  http://www.nyabandonedangels.com/adopt-or-foster-application October 25, 2024, 10:57 am
