Story
Rey is a 3 year old female (spayed) cockatoo that we’ve had since she was a puppy. My son and I have struggled with this decision but want what is best for Rey. Following divorce and with busy career and single dad work schedule and my son becoming more and more busy as he gets closer to college age we just don’t have the time that our pup deserves. We want to find her a loving home. She is an incredibly loving pup and typically wants nothing more than to cuddle. As a part of due diligence if at all possible my son and I would like to meet potential adopters and either see her new home or reasonable pictures that she’s going to have a good environment. We just want something safe. We are not in a hurry and want to find her the right fit. She does have what we assume are “allergies” with some itching behavior and paw chewing but that responds very very with cytopoint injection about 3 times a year or there’s a newer oral medicine the vet said would likely work.

Story
Harry is the sweetest little shihpoo you’ll ever meet. He is neutered and UTD on his vaccines. Harry loves to play with his foster siblings and especially loves to play tug of war and all things with squeakers. Harry does well walking on the leash and is a great companion in the car. He sleeps well in his crate at night and when we are not home. He’ll go right in the crate if you say “crate” and give him a little treat. He devours his dental chews and is very food motivated. He loves nothing more than curling up behind your knees or in your lap on the couch. We think Harry would do well in a home with another fur sibling to play with and continue to learn from. Harry is about 90% potty trained and is a great learner! He doesn’t jump up on you and has the potential to serve as a therapy dog with the proper time and training. Harry has so much love to give and will thrive in a home with structure, routine, training, cuddles, pets, and lots of love!

Milo was surrendered to the shelter when his person became homeless. Through not fault of his own, Milo was thrown into a scary and weird situation. He is about ten months, and potty trained, He sleeps well in a crate and gets along great with other dogs. He is microchipped, up to date on vaccines, HW-, and will be neutered soon.
