Story
Hi! I'm Calvin! I'm an adult, male, Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix. I was surrendered on 12/13/2024 because my finders could not keep me. I do well with people and love to follow my humans around! I don't like cats and am particular about other dogs. I am crate trained and could be fully house trained if put on a schedule. If you have another dog in the home, a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure we get along. My adoption fee is $125 and that includes my neuter, microchip, rabies vaccination, basic boosters and heartworm test.  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This little lady is Lulu 🩷💕 Lulu is a 5 year old, slightly chubby, very sweet chihuahua who weighs 8 lbs. Lulu’s mom was moved into an assisted living home and the lady she trusted to take care of her left her in a dumpster in Ft. Worth, where luckily she was heard and rescued! She’s having a spa day today and getting a mani/pedi 💕 Out of a sad experience comes the start of the life she deserves. Lulu has the cutest personality and loves life! She loves being a part of the family, playing with the resident pups, running around outside and sunning on the patio. Lulu also loves cuddling with her foster mom! She is SO sweet (did I already mention that😊). Lulu would love to be in a home where someone is home more than they are away🩷 If you think Lulu would be a good fit for your family, please submit an application.
