Story
I got Milo from a co-worker back in 2016. She was getting married and needed to downsize on pets. He was her latest one, so he was the easiest to let go of. He is a great dog and I have loved him for almost 10 years. My young nieces use to let him lay in the bed with them, they would crawl in his cage when he tried to get time away, and they loved to pet him. He allowed it all with no issues. For the most part he has been the only dog. For about two years we had a second dog in the home. Milo did not want to be bothered at first because the dog was young and very playful. Milo is chill and doesn't do a lot of running around. He enjoys being brushed, scratched, and petted. I have not had any health issues with him. The only issue is that if you let his hair grow long, he sheds bad. I try to keep his hair cut as low as possible to decrease the amount of shedding.

Story
Mads is a sweet girl. We think she is 12-13 months old. She is deaf but has learned sign language with training. I clap and she can hear to come inside. She needs a home with someone active to get her energy out each day. She loves walks and food puzzles. Loves training because of the treats. My daughter’s dog is living at home now and doesn't do well with other dogs. A puppy is too much for her. Mads has done well with other dogs. Madaket is very sweet and can be very calm in the evenings. She is shy at first but warms up fast.

Story
Hello! Iandamp;#39;m Ballard! andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;Prior to coming to Great Plains SPCA&#44 I was living in a trailer with dozens of other dogs. I had virtually no interaction with humans&#44 I had to scrounge for my meals&#44 I didnandamp;#39;t know anything about the outside world and my only friends were dogs. Fast forward to today and Iandamp;#39;m living in a quiet foster home. Iandamp;#39;m working hard&#44 being brave and making progress! Iandamp;#39;m grateful to be out of my old situation&#44 but this new world is still pretty scary to me. Iandamp;#39;m looking for a patient family in a calm&#44 quiet home that is willing to take the time I need to get comfortable. I also need to live with another dog to give me confidence. Does this sound like a good fit? I would love to be your dog.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;Tail wags&#44 andlt;br/andgt;Ballard
