Story
Effy is an adorable Chihuahua/Corgi Mix looking for her forever family! She&#39s around 1yr old, and weighs just 22lbs. This deserving girl had a rough start to life, as she was rescued from a hoarding case in Floyd County, GA. She is learning all about the good life in her foster home and is thriving! Effy is gentle, sweet, and timid. She is eager to explore and play, and loves to sit in your lap. She&#39s a quick learner and has picked up on her house training, crate training, and is learning to walk on a leash. Effy is good with other dogs, and is likely cat friendly too (would need to be tested). She would do best in a house with another confident and playful dog who can show her the ropes. Effy needs a fenced yard, and would do well in any household. Effy is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. If you&#39re interested in adopting this sweet girl, please email us at info@barkvilledogrescue.org or submit an application at https://www.barkvilledogrescue.org/applications. While it&#39s not a requirement to adopt together, we wanted to mention that Effie is very bonded with her pal Bryn, who was rescued from the same property. We do not believe they are littermates but have a very sweet and close bond and will do very well as a pair. BarkVille is located in Roswell, GA and our dogs are available for foster/adoption in the Greater Atlanta area. Applicants in surrounding states could potentially adopt a BarkVille dog if their application is approved, they live within 2-3 hours of the Greater Atlanta area, and they are able to pick up their dog from the foster home.November 3, 2024, 9:25 pm

Story
Dobby was brought to Atlanta from the Virgin Islands following hurricane Irma. He loves to cuddle. He is crate trained and leash trained, although he does bark at other dogs or people. Dobby is very calm and likes a soft bed or pillow for naps. He is best in a home without other dogs and prefers being the center of attention.
