Story
Meet SWEET TART DOB: 06/25/2018 Weight: 12lbs Adoption fee $259 *(Adoption fee includes the neuter/spay surgery, age-appropriate current vaccines, microchip, and preventative flea treatment.) Sweet Tart is a fun, active girl who’s always on the move and doesn’t like to sit still for too long. You’ll often catch her eagerly dancing on her hind legs when it’s time to go somewhere! While we don’t know much about her past, like many rescue pups, she takes a little time to warm up to new people and situations. Sweet Tart isn’t a fan of being picked up, but she loves toys, playing in the yard with other dogs her size, and enjoying walks around the neighborhood. We believe she would do best in an adult-only home where she can have a calm and consistent routine to feel secure. Sweet Tart’s excitement is hard to resist, and her little dances will make your day every time! Interested in giving Sweet Tart a loving home? Our adoption process and application can be found at: https://www.sunnyskysshelter.org/our-adoption-process For other questions on our dogs/cats please send an email to info@sunnyskysshelter.org for information on a meet and greet as well as application procedures.

Story
Patrick is a happy-go-lucky guy with a heart full of curiosity and charm. Found as a stray, he’s embraced his fresh start and is loving every minute of it. Patrick enjoys venturing around, exploring new sights and smells, and soaking up attention from his people. He does well with other dogs his size and has a nice, easygoing energy. Patrick isn’t much of a barker—at least not since arriving at the rescue—and he already knows the sit command, which is a great foundation for continued training. Patrick would thrive in a quieter home with older kids (12+) who can respect his space and energy. He’d be perfectly content as an only dog or sharing his home with another dog his size who matches his energy level. If you’re looking for a sweet, adventurous companion who enjoys both exploring and quality time with his people, Patrick might just be your perfect match. (Adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate current vaccines, microchip, and preventative flea treatment.) Our adoption process and application can be found at - https://www.sunnyskysshelter.org/our-adoption-process Note: Breed descriptions are provided as a general estimate based on the dog's size, shape, and appearance. These descriptions are not definitive and should be considered a "guestimate." Since we cannot always know the exact breed mix of our rescue animals, the information provided is simply an educated guess. This dog currently lives at the rescue, not in a foster home. We can only share information about their behavior and personality as observed in the rescue environment. For other questions on our dogs/cats please send an email to info@sunnyskysshelter.org
