Poor innocent, sweet & forgotten about Gapy, was ready to be euthanized in a death camp of a scary shelter in CA. He had zero public interest & zero rescue interest on social media. An email went out for help & this beautiful boy was on that list. Yes, it appears at the age of 3 he was going to die which is absolutely unacceptable. We rescued this beautiful boy & 2 other sweet baby dolls out of that same kill shelter from that very same kill list all at once. That day was 1 very sad & joyous day all at the same time. Gapy who is now looking for his very own forever home who will never give up on him again & love him just as his foster mum & we do. After we got Gapy all his care with his amazing foster mum he will be bought back to WA state from CA where he can’t wait to find his loving forever home. We truly believe that Gapy was originally someone’s dog & they just did not want him anymore from his mannerisms & his behavior of knowing certain things. All this boy wants is to be loved & have a home to call his own. Disturbing to think no one wanted him & he was ready to die. The level of absolute madness here is so deeply sad for many of these beautiful souls out of CA kill shelters. When we got him out of the shelter his nails were so extremely long & his nails were clipped by our vets but will need to be & regularly dremeled to get them to a good place. Gapy at times can have a big personality & knows what he wants. He isn’t the biggest cuddler but enjoys being patted & being loved. He is a independent little man. That being said, Gapy is a good eater, he loves to eat & he is making up for lost time & put on weight instantly in his foster home. Gapy’s new forever home must have a fully fenced secured backyard. He also enjoys sunning himself in the backyard & also sitting on the couch & looking out the window, he really enjoys taking in the sites. But he will also do his own thing. Gapy has been great with his baths because he started having them with us the moment he was rescued so he is used to them. Gapy rides beautifully in the car & enjoys a good journey & still needs continued work walking on his harness & leash. But has done amazing in his foster home. We are looking for a forever home for Gapy where someone is home during the day or he can go with his people wherever possibly he can go with them & there must be another dog in the home for him to thrive. Gapy loves other dogs & needs another dog in the home to play with. This is mandatory for his new home. This boy enjoys going into a crate sometimes so that tells us that someone used to call him to go into a crate. In his foster home he sleeps in the bed with his foster mum or will sleep on the dog bed. Gapy is looking for a forever home who will cherish him & love him as he should be loved & be patient with him. Gapy has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes & he is currently with other dogs & was fostered in CA with other dogs & does well with them & enjoys their company. It’s mandatory for him to be in a home with a playful dog. Gapy is roughly just over 6 years old & 21 lbs & is perhaps a dachshund & chihuahua mix, (chiweenie), male. He had a dental & polish & we got him neutered. Gapy is, microchipped, heart worm negative, up to date on his shots, including DHLPP, Bordatella, rabies & dewormed. We are currently treating Gapy for a bad skin infection. We have spent far more on Gapy, with all of his medical care getting him well thank his adoption fee comes close to covering with, neuter, paying his shelter fee to get him out of the shelter, shots, flea meds, dewormer, boarding, dental scale & polish etc. Gapy has been around cats since being in the rescue & did well with the cat in his foster home but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together. Just because he got along fine with the cat in the foster home doesn’t mean he will get along with all cats. We have not had him around small children so we do not recommend small children & it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children. We were not there when Gapy was conceived so we do not know who his parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think his breed is. As with all of our rescues & Gapy’s friends he will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Gapy potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying. Gapy has been through many traumas in his short time on this earth so when applying this needs to be kept in mind & for his care. ✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ Meet Mas💚 Mas was rescued on a rainy day alongside Chris, soaked through, and caught at a fire station. The pair seemed very dependent on each other, earning them the nickname “Christmas siblings” because Mas had a green collar and Chris a red one. *With People: Mas is incredibly affectionate with familiar people, regardless of age or gender! He used to be a bit shy with strangers, but now he responds calmly and comfortably around people. *With Dogs: He gets along well with other dogs! While interactions vary depending on the dog, he generally plays well with most of them. *With Cats: He didn’t show much interest in cats he met on the street. *Separation Anxiety: After receiving separation anxiety training, he’s now calm when left alone. When told to “wait” before his guardian leaves, he waits by the door for about 10 minutes before going back to his place to rest. *Potty Training: He prefers to go outside but will use indoor pads in emergencies. He consistently uses the pad indoors, so there are no issues with indoor training. *Hygiene: He handles baths, nail clipping, drying, and brushing well. He’s a bit scared when his face is touched, so he’s being desensitized to tooth brushing. *Walking: He loves walks! He prefers to relieve himself outdoors, and while he initially pulls on the leash, this stops after he does his business. He understands the command “No!” and will stop pulling when reminded. *Car Sickness: He used to get carsick, but it’s gradually improving. •Mastered commands: “Sit,” “Paw,” “Other paw,” “Lie down,” “Nose,” “V.” •Food-motivated, which makes training easier, but tends to eat and drink too quickly. ❗Health Issues ❗ Mas requires regular tear stain care. Meet Lila!! Lila was rescued from abusive owner by our Dorothy Rescue. She is a sweet a smart Jindo mix girl who wants to be loved :) Behaviours from foster home : Lila is such a sweetheart who is smart and loves her hoomans! She is a bit timid and shy at first time. She would be appreciate it, if you could give her some time get used to her new family and new environment :) She is good with other doggie friends. She also catches other dog's signal quickly, so she won't bother the other dog if they don't want to hang out. She is that smart ;) She is good with adults and kids, as well. Though, she'd like your slow and gentle approach to her. Please give her some time to get used to you and wait for her to feel comfortable and let her come to you :) She has good walking manner, as well. She absolutely loves walking! and She does her business only outside. She isn't a big barker and she has no separation anxiety. She is also crate trained, and she's never showed aggressive behavior. Also, she doesn't get carsick, so- you can enjoy car drive with her :D Lila may be a bit shy and timid at first time, but she is such a sweetheart and she is very gentle and loving~ Would you be her loving pawrents? :) Allergy/health issues : She hasn't showed any allergy issue. She does not have any health issue. But, sadly.. She lost her right hind leg because of her abusive previous owner... There were a number of dangerous moments during her treatment, but she stayed strong and she fought for her life. Now, she is a healthy and happy dog who loves running around and being loved. We are very proud of her!!! Meet Toto! He is a little shy and a sweet boy who wants to be loved :) Behaviours from the foster mom : Toto loves doggie friends, but he is a bit shy. He wags his tail cheerfully and waits for other dogs to come to him first. Toto hasn't met any cat friends yet, so we don't know how he would react to them. Toto loves kids and is very comfortable around them. He seems to be more comfortable with female adults than with males. He gets scared by sudden, big movements or loud noises, so please give him some time to adjust to a new environment, especially at the beginning. :) He is good at bathing and brushing, but he is afraid of the dryer, so his foster mom is trying to help him feel more comfortable with it. He has great manners on his walks, though he sometimes gets scared by loud noises or shadows, so please make sure he is on a leash and be cautious during walks. He only does his business outside. He is not a big barker, but he sometimes barks when he hears noises from outside. He hasn't shown any signs of separation anxiety, and he doesn’t feel carsick during drives. He wasn't specifically kennel trained, but he goes into his kennel when he is told to. He is a smart boy. ;) He hasn't shown any aggressive behavior, but he sometimes nibbles when he gets scared or startled, so please don’t scare him suddenly. Toto is a sweet boy who will shine with some time in a new family. Would you be this sweet boy's loving family? :D Allergy/health issues: Toto's foster mom said that he might have an allergy to salmon. Toto had a heartworm issue when he was rescued, but he is all cured now, and he's been given heartworm and flea/tick prevention medication every month since then. The oh so beautiful inside & out Manolo whose picture screamed the disgusting neglect he was in, in a death camp of a scary shelter in CA. He was posted looking so very defeated. The even sadder part about this is their owner claimed they were strays but it was quickly determined he was not telling the truth. They were going to lose their lives. That day was 1 very sad & joyous day all at the same time. Without his outstanding foster dad, this would not of happened for Manolo. Manolo who is now looking for his very own forever home & who will never give up on him again & dump him & love him just as his foster dad in CA did & we do. After we rescued Manolo he was bought back to WA state from CA where he can’t wait to find him his loving forever home. The absolute insanity to think this baby doll ended up in one of the highest kill shelters in CA is soul destroying. Manolo just wants to be loved. Disturbing to think no one wanted him & he was ready to die. The level of absolute madness here is so deeply sad for many of these beautiful souls out of CA kill shelters. When we first rescued him, he ate multiple bowls of food as if he is making up for lost time. Manolo is a very sweet gentle soul, he is so easy considering what he has endured. Manolo is a very sweet dog & loves his humans once he knows them. Lays with you & can't be happier being petted & touched. He also loves to be with his buddies & just lay with them or do whatever they are doing. We do know that Manolo & Findi are not bonded & he can stress her out. He loves everyone he meets after he knows them & enjoys being cuddled to & given love. He also enjoys snuggling up on the couch & will jump on the couch & spend his day relaxing. We cannot believe someone would be so cruel & neglectful to Manolo. Manolo’s new forever home must have a fully fenced secured backyard for his safety. Manolo has been great with his baths because he started having them with us the moment he was rescued so he is used to them. He has also started getting used to being dried with a hairdryer. He will just let you dry him. Manolo rides beautifully in the car & enjoys a good journey & will sit in his car seat next to you with his dog friends. He also enjoys looking out the window. He still needs continued work walking on his harness & leash. We are looking for a forever home for Manolo where someone is home during the day or he can go with his people wherever possibly he can go with them. We are also looking for a crate free home for the little lad only. He was left in a cage in the shelter until we rescued him. He is male, neutered by laser by our wonderful vets. Had a dental scale & polish along with dental x-rays. He had several teeth removed, 1 incisor, 1 canine, 2 premolars, 1 molar. He is microchipped, up to date on his shots, including DHLPP, Bordatella, rabies & being dewormed. Manolo has not been around cats since being in the rescue but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together. We have not had him around small children. The call was put out for the need from several commercial breeders who needed some of their dogs gone, at a cost of course in the middle of the midwest. Of course they always want money for the dogs & of course once we know about them we are not leaving them & do what we have to do to help them. These innocent souls lives was instantly changing in that moment & only for the better. They were one of the very lucky ones. On this day we rescued a total of 14 lives of mums, dads & puppies including Charlie. Now the real healing, love & devotion could begin & show Charlie how he is supposed to be loved & adored in a loving forever home just as they are in their foster home. Charlie & his friends were bought back to the WA state where he is now so happy to be here & can’t wait to find his new loving devoted forever home. Charlie now has the most beautiful sweet personality. At first he would run away from his foster mum because let’s face it he had never been in a loving home before & had to adjust to a normal life. His fur was also very sparse because of the lack of nutrition as the breeders feed them the worst food. He is now one confident little chap now with the help of his loving foster mum & he is now full of life love & energy & is up for any adventure that comes his way. His fur now looks amazing too. He is extremely sweet but is very loving & a very cuddly little lad. We know he adores being picked up & held & doesn’t mind it at all & will even run up to his foster mum for her to pick him up & get into her recycler with her. The reality is, the foster homes are his real first experience at being in a home, with a tv, bedding he can snuggle up in, a roof over his head that’s not outside. Charlie is a wonderful eater & is not shy about eating now. At first he was uncertain because they are fed such a poor quality diet. He eats a combination of a clean diet meaning, raw fruits & vegetables, grains, eggs proteins & supplements along with treats. He absolutely loves his treats. He adores comfy beds & big comfy blankets because again the reality is, this is something he did not get to experience ever until he was rescued. He will want to sleep in bed with you & already does with his foster mum & will wake her up by giving her kisses. He is such a sweet boy who just wants to be loved & to make up for his past. He loves everyone & is so very sweet. He is wonderful with being bathed & groomed & good with the hairdryer. He would still need to be taught to walk on a harness & leash as in his foster home he freely gets to go outside in the backyard. Charlie rides in the car well & considering the only times we know of was when he went to be sold & when we got him & going home & to & from the vets with us & his loving foster home. But he does absolutely amazing in the car. We are looking for a crate free home for this little lad only. Charlie as you can imagine spent the first part of his life in a caged environment. We are also looking for a forever home for Charlie where someone is home during the day or he can go with his people wherever possibly he can go with them. When they find someone who treats them as they should be treated & loves them they get so attached to them. Charlie is looking for a forever home who will cherish him & love him as he should be loved & be patient with him & never give up on him. Charlie has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes in the rescue & we tested him in a daycare & he is currently with dogs in his loving foster home & we want him to go to a forever home with another little dog in his forever home. Did we mention he loves a good outfit now. Just in time for winter. Charlie is roughly 7 lbs & he is roughly 1.5 years old & ‭a ‬Pomeranian. He has put on weight since being in the rescue. Male, he was neutered & is microchipped & had a dental & up to date on his shots, including DHPP, bordatella, rabies & dewormed. We have spent far more on Charlie with paying for him from a commercial breeder. Bringing him to WA with his travel costs, his transportation to WA. All of his medical care in WA & Omaha etc & bringing him to WA then her adoption fee comes close to covering. We adopt out to homes in WA state, but require that you are present for the meet and greet in Newcastle, WA. Our adoption fee is non-negotiable. The adoption fee is due on the day of adoption in the form of a check, Zelle, or cash. We no longer accept PayPal because of the percentage they take & their fees but if the potential adopter wants to pay the fees we will accept PayPal. The call was put out for the need from several commercial breeders who needed some of their dogs gone, at a cost of course in the middle of the midwest. Of course they always want money for the dogs & of course once we know about them we are not leaving them & do what we have to do to help them. These innocent souls lives was instantly changing in that moment & only for the better. They were one of the very lucky ones. On this day we rescued a total of 14 lives of mums, dads & puppies including Miss Foxy. Now the real healing, love & devotion could begin & show Foxy how she is supposed to be loved & adored in a loving forever home just as they are in their foster home. Foxy & her friends were bought back to the WA state where she is now so happy to be here & can’t wait to find her new loving devoted forever home. Foxy now has the most beautiful sweet personality. At first she would run away from her foster mum because let’s face it she had never been in a loving home before & had to adjust to a normal life. Her fur was also very sparse because of the lack of nutrition as the breeders feed them the worst food. She is now one confident little lady now with the help of her loving foster mum & she is now full of life love & energy & is up for any adventure that comes her way. Her fur now looks amazing too. She is extremely sweet but is very loving & a very cuddly little lady. We know she adores being picked up & held & doesn’t mind it at all & will even run up to her foster mum for her to pick her up & get into her recycler with her along with her friend Charlie. The reality is, the foster homes are his real first experience at being in a home, with a tv, bedding he can snuggle up in, a roof over his head that’s not outside. Foxy is a good eater. At first she was uncertain because they are fed such a poor quality diet. She eats a combination of a clean diet meaning, raw fruits & vegetables, grains, eggs proteins & supplements along with treats. She absolutely loves her treats. She's a little lady who will turn her nose away from things she won't eat. She does not like peanut butter. Her foster mum said little Foxy as we play with her loves to horse step dance when she gets attention. She jumps in front of you when she wants to be carried. She adores comfy beds & big comfy blankets because again the reality is, this is something she did not get to experience ever until she was rescued. She will want to sleep in bed with you & already does with her foster mum & will wake her up by giving her kisses. She is such a sweet little lady who just wants to be loved & to make up for her past. She loves everyone & is so very sweet. She is wonderful with being bathed & groomed & good with the hairdryer. She would still need to be taught to walk on a harness & leash as in her foster home she freely gets to go outside in the backyard. Foxy rides in the car well & considering the only times we know of was when she went to be sold & when we got her & going home & to & from the vets with us & her loving foster home. But she does absolutely amazing in the car. We are looking for a crate free home for this little lady only. Foxy as you can imagine spent the first part of her life in a caged environment. We are also looking for a forever home for Foxy where someone is home during the day or she can go with her people wherever possibly she can go with them. When they find someone who treats them as they should be treated & loves them they get so attached to them. Foxy is looking for a forever home who will cherish her & love her as she should be loved & be patient with her & never give up on her. Foxy has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes in the rescue & we tested her in a daycare & she is currently with dogs in her loving foster home & we want her to go to a forever home with another little dog in her forever home. Did we mention she loves a good outfit now. Just in time for winter. Foxy is roughly 6.8 lbs & she is roughly 3 years old & ‭a ‬Pomeranian. She has put on weight since being in the rescue in her loving foster home. Female, she was spayed by laser & is microchipped & had a dental scale & polish & had a baby tooth removed & is up to date on her shots, including DHPP, rabies & dewormed. We have spent far more on Foxy with paying for her from a commercial breeder. Bringing her to WA with her travel costs, her transportation to WA. All of her medical care in WA & Omaha etc & bringing her to WA then her adoption fee comes close to covering. Foxy has not been around cats since being in the rescue, but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together & we have not had him around small children but we do do not recommend small children nor cats though & it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & cats. We were not there when Foxy was conceived so we do not know who her parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think her breed is. As with all of our rescues & Foxy’s friends she will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Foxy potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying.
