I was rescued from a crowded California shelter awhile back, and that was a traumatic experience for me. As a result I'm a bit timid in new situations and around other dogs, and I'm happiest when I have a routine and can stick to it. This adorable bonded pair (Mack the Poodle, Tuna the chocolate Chihuahua, one male, one female) were left abandoned in a yard when their owners reportedly moved away. Thankfully some Good Samaritans helped them until they could be taken into rescue. Mack & Tuna, both about 4 years old, are a sweet little pair and we'd love to keep them together for all they've been through. They are small dogs and friendly with people and other dogs. Mack weighs about 11 lbs. and Tuna weighs 8 lbs. Please email for an application. They are currently in California, but can be transported to you in Portland.

He is sensitive to men and therefore would do best in an all female household or even best a single female home as he bonds totally. He will be shy and a bit scared at first, but warms up in just few days to a week and shows you his funny, sweet side that you will quickly fall in love with!
