Story
Breed: Chihuahua MixAge: 6 yearsGender: Male (Neutered)Size: Small, Approx. 10 lbsAbout Sully:Sully is a resilient, intelligent little guy who has made incredible progress since joining our shelter family. While he initially struggled with fear-based behaviors, including aggression and resource guarding, he has shown such growth through patience and positive reinforcement training. Sully is a smart boy who is already mastering leash communication and verbal cues. Although he’s still building his confidence, he’s becoming more comfortable in new environments and learning to trust the world around him. He thrives in calm, structured settings where he feels safe and secure, and his loving personality continues to bloom as he forms deeper connections with his human companions.Ideal Home:Sully is searching for a quiet, patient home with a dog owner who has experience with fear-based behaviors and is ready to continue his journey of growth. He would do best in a home without young children or frequent visitors, as he can be fearful of unfamiliar faces. Sully would prefer to be the only pet in the household, as he has had negative experiences with other dogs in the past. A consistent routine and structured training environment will help Sully build the confidence he needs to shine.Training and Skills:Sully has been making wonderful strides with his training! He’s learned basic obedience, walks nicely on a leash, and responds well to verbal commands like “sit” and “stay.” He is crate-trained and housebroken, and with continued positive reinforcement, Sully will only keep improving. As he builds trust, he is becoming more confident in his new surroundings.Favourites:Sully loves his cozy blankets and finds comfort in a soft spot to rest. He also enjoys small training treats, which help reinforce his positive behaviors.Dislikes:Sully can be wary of unfamiliar people and situations, which is understandable given his past experiences. He is protective of his belongings, including food and toys, and may show resource guarding tendencies. He also prefers not to interact with other dogs and is happiest as the only pet in his home.Health Information:Sully is neutered, up-to-date on his vaccinations, and in good health. He’s ready to find a patient, loving home where he can continue to blossom into the happy, confident companion he’s meant to be.Adoption Fee:$495 – This fee inclu

Story
Bebe is a lovely dog who was rescued from the streets after giving birth to her adorable puppies. Although she was shy at first, she quickly warms up to new friends, especially when treats are involved! She's great with children under 13, and you can easily carry her without any fuss. Bebe enjoys saying hello to other dogs, but she's more inclined to play with those who match her gentle energy level. She prefers calm, well-mannered companions over hyperactive pups. Having lived with cats for about eight months, Bebe is perfectly comfortable around them and doesn't mind their presence at all. With a moderate energy level, she loves going for walks and is a pro on the leash. After her strolls, she's happy to curl up and snooze the day away. Bebe is non-aggressive with her food and toys, and if she needs something, she'll simply bark to let you know. She's also great in a crate during car rides and knows how to hop in and out of vehicles, as long as they're not too high for her. If you're looking for a sweet, gentle companion, Bebe would love to meet you! ##2260954##

Story
Quick Facts  Name: Seul-Ah Age: Approximately 12 years old Gender: Female Neutered/Sprayed: Yes Breed: Long-haired Chihuahua Mix Color: Brown Weight: Around 5 kg (fluctuates slightly) Health History I’m in great health, thanks to the wonderful care I’ve received. Heartworm: Tested negative on April 27, 2024. Surgeries: Neutered on October 22, 2024. Had surgery to correct patellar luxation in both knees (Grade 3), and now I can walk comfortably and happily. Dental Care: I’ve had a full dental cleaning and, though I had most of my teeth removed, it hasn’t slowed me down—I’m a pro at eating soft food! My Story I’m a gentle soul who enjoys the quieter side of life. At first, I might seem a little shy, but give me time and patience, and you’ll discover my affectionate side. I love to hop up on my hind legs and give a little dance when I’m excited to see you—it’s my special way of saying hello! On My Walks‍ I also like gentle walks in quiet areas. Busy streets can be a bit overwhelming for me, but in a serene setting, I enjoy exploring at my own pace. Sometimes loud noises or sudden movements startle me, but I feel safe when I’m with someone I trust. Life at Home I’m a polite housemate who’s already house-trained. Whether it’s a pad indoors or a nice spot outdoors, I’ve got my potty habits down. I ride quietly in a kennel and don’t mind relaxing there when needed. I might be a little protective of my meals if another dog is around—it’s just my way of saying, “This is mine!” But with humans, I’m more than happy to share and show no guarding behaviors. What Makes Me Special What makes me truly special is my quiet resilience and elegant demeanor. I’m not overly demanding for attention, but I’ll always let you know when I’m happy to see you with my signature little hop. I’m the perfect companion for someone who appreciates a calm and gentle presence. My Ideal Home I’m looking for a peaceful and loving home that matches my mellow personality. Here’s what I dream of:                •             A Quiet Environment: A serene household without too much hustle and bustle.                •             A Patient Family: Someone who understands that I need a little time to feel safe and loved.                •             Companionship: Whether it’s a calm doggy sibling or a human who enjoys relaxing days, I thrive with gentle company. Last Message If you’re searching for a sweet, soulful companion to share quiet moments with, I’d love to meet you. Let’s write the next chapter of our story together—I’m ready to be part of your world. ##2281987##

Story
Quick Facts Name: Lisa  Age: 6 years old (born in 2019)  Gender: Female  Neutered: Yes Breed: Chihuahuah Color: White & Black  Weight: 5kg (approx. 11lbs) All About Me Hello there! I’m Lisa, a little dog with a big personality! I may be small, but my heart is full of love, and I’m always ready to be the center of attention. At first, I can be a little shy, but if you have treats, we’ll be best friends in no time! Once I warm up, I love to be around my favorite people, following them from room to room and soaking up all the affection I can get. My Personality I’m a classic Chihuahua—bold, affectionate, and full of spirit. I absolutely love my humans and enjoy being the center of attention. I might even get a little jealous if someone else is getting more cuddles than me! When it comes to other dogs, I like to do things my way. I’ll greet them politely, but I prefer to keep my space during mealtime. I’m confident around dogs who are more laid-back, but if I sense another pup is a little timid, I might try to be the boss. Right now, I’m living peacefully with older dogs who match my energy, and I do just fine! On My Walks I love my walks and enjoy getting outside to explore. Sometimes I get a little excited and pull on the leash, but I always follow my human’s lead. After a nice outing, I’m happy to curl up and relax at home. Life at Home I’m a smart girl who knows how to make myself comfortable. I’m great with both indoor pads and outdoor potty breaks. If I want something, I might let out a little bark to let you know—I just like to communicate! When it comes to mealtime, I prefer my own space. I don’t mind humans being around my food, but if another dog comes too close, I’ll make sure they know it’s my bowl. My Ideal Home I dream of a home where I can be loved for my confident, affectionate nature. Here’s what I’m hoping for: A family who understands the Chihuahua personality—loyal, loving, and a little bit sassy! Someone who enjoys a companion that will always be by their side. A home where I can either be the only dog or live with a calm and confident pup who won’t mind my occasional bossy side. Last Message If you’re looking for a dog who will shower you with love, bring a little spice to your life, and always keep you entertained, I’d love to meet you. Let’s start our adventure together! ##2300916##
