Meet Target! He’s a sweetheart who absolutely thinks he’s king of the world! Target is about 6 years old and, even with all that glorious fluff, only weighs 13 pounds. He’s super loving and affectionate, and he adores being the center of attention. Like a classic Pomeranian, Target is confident, expressive, and full of personality. I’m a gentle guy who loves attention, kisses, and being part of the action. I get along great with dogs, cats, and kids, and I’m always ready to make new friends.  I do especially well with the littles and am very patient with them.   I’m not a big barker, but if another dog starts up, I’ll happily join the chorus. I’m kennel trained, keep my space clean, and I’m working hard on my potty training—it’s coming along nicely when I’m on a good schedule. I am still learning about the leash, so until I figure that out I will need a fenced in yard where I can explore safely and do my business.   My favorite toys are squeaky ones, but don’t worry—I don’t destroy them, I just enjoy the sound. I’m affectionate, even-tempered, and gentle, and I love being talked to. I’m smart enough to know commands like “Kennel,” “Go Potty,” and even “Get Back” when the door is open. I’m the kind of dog who wants to be with people, whether we’re playing, walking, or just hanging out. I’ll do fine on my own if you’re busy, but I’ll be happiest in a home where I get plenty of love and attention.
