Meet Tobasco, a sweet and silly pup with a heart of gold! He may be a little skittish at first, but once he knows you’re his person, he’ll attach himself to you with unshakable loyalty. Tobasco’s playful side shines once he feels safe—he loves a good game and will keep you laughing with his funny quirks and happy energy. When it’s time to relax, he turns into a world-class snuggler, happiest curled up close to his favorite human. Tobasco is looking for a patient, gentle home where he can build trust at his own pace and show just how loving and devoted he truly is. Tabasco's adoption fee is $400 plus MN tax which covers his neuter, vaccinations, microchip and any additional medical care he may have needed while in the rescue’s care. We are a foster based rescue, we do not house dogs at a facility. Age and breed are NLR's best guess as we often don't know who or what mom and dad are. AKA Best Girl! B.G. is a 10-year-old, 18.5-pound Dachshund mix who came to the shelter when her owner sadly realized they could no longer provide the care she needed. She was well-loved in her previous home and is looking for a family to spoil her during her retirement! B.G. is wonderful with other dogs, cats, children, and everyone she meets. She truly loves everyone and assumes everyone loves her in return (they do!). She also enjoys plush toys, wearing sweaters, and snuggling in bed. Most of all, she LOVES affection. B.G. is potty-trained and has excellent recall when her name is called!B.G. is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccines. You can visit her at the shelter Tuesdays through Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or Sundays from 12:00 to 5:00 PM.
