Meet Harper. Harper is a special adoption. Harper has been in our rescue for 2.5 years. Why so long? Harper came from a hoarding case years ago and just still hasn't enjoyed people touching her. Is she the happiest dog you will meet? Yes she still loves life, loves other dogs and loves to lounge on the couch. Harper is looking for a home who will accept her and her fear of being touched and be ok with that. She is house broken and will use a potty pad. She really doesn't even need to go outside if you don't want her to. You can't walk her as she doesn't want you to touch her so fenced yard is required. She gets sedation to go to the vet. But she is loved and deserves love. We will waive her adoption fee for adopters willing to give Harper Lee a life. Milky is an affectionate and lively pup with a playful personality that's impossible to resist. He's wonderfully social and gets along great with kids and other dogs, making him a fantastic companion for families. While we haven't had the chance to see how he interacts with cats, his young age suggests he could adapt well with proper introductions and guidance. Milky has a special love for toys and enjoys spending time chewing on his favorite bones, always keeping himself entertained. At just 14 pounds, he's the perfect size-small enough to snuggle with yet full of energy and personality to keep up with any adventure. Marcel was rescued along with Simone after his owner's passing. Marcel is a reserved dog who is fine laying in a dog bed or on the couch. He was trained to go potty on potty pads, but he prefers to go outside. He coexists with both large and small dogs. Marcel is notably quiet and seldom barks. His weight is 9.8 lbs. Marcel and Simone were previously a breeding pair. Marcel has recently been neutered. He took about a week to warm up to me, but now he eagerly greets me when I return home, playfully tapping the back of my ankle until I acknowledge him. I feel I am just starting to see his true personality. He is a great boy. He is playful with the other dogs. While I wouldn't describe Marcel and Simone as inseparable, they do occasionally lie together, and Simone seems happy to see him each morning. Marcel prefers to sleep in the living room, whereas Simone enjoys sleeping in my bed. I would love to see them go together and we will take priority to applications for both of them together. Due to her malnourishment, her puppy did not survive past 3 weeks old. Dainty then had to have a very large bladder stone removed. She has healed from all this and has forgotten her past. She is now here to love you. Dainty is potty pad trained but also goes potty outside. She likes to sleep with you but she is also kennel trained.
