Solomon is a 7-year-old min pin and chihuahua mix I believe, and he loves to sing. He loves to listen to music and some of his favorite artists are Michael Jackson, Chris Brown and Drake. Solomon is house broken and loves to sit and watch people out of the front door and windows. He loves being outside and loves walks in the park and around the neighborhood. Solomon does not tear things up like mail, toilet paper, socks, or trash. He also loves to cuddle and be rubbed. Solomon hates baths and water but I give him a bath anyway telling him that he has to be clean. He loves treats and his favorite treat is duck wrapped sweet potato from Wal Mart. Solomon loves bones and his favorite toy is Lamb Chop or any bear that he can tussle with. Solomon does growl sometimes when he sees other dogs and cats. He also runs after birds if he sees them and barks. Slow introductions are needed with dogs, cats, and children. Solomon does get protective of his person, so he would do best in a home with no children and perhaps just one adult that he can bond with. This sweet, sweet boy has been raised and cared for with great love and kindness, but suddenly he has been uprooted from his lifelong home and scheduled to be killed for no reason other than his family was broken and he had nowhere to go. Rescue stepped in at the last moment and we are so happy we did. He is perfectly housebroken, up to date on all his shots, loves other dogs, cats, has shown himself to be fine with children. In short, he is the whole package of a great dog! The part about loving other dogs? He was living with his best friends, Kyler, Mackie, and Nala when his world crashed. They all loved each other and did perfectly together. If you were thinking of getting a pair of dogs (or more?), here they are, ready made and easy. Dotty is a very friendly, loving active 8 pound mixed breed, good with dogs and even liked the small child she met upon arrival. Working on housebreaking, good with puppy pads and a truly wonderful personality. Everyone who has met her is immediately in love. Look at that sweet face. Dotty has a story to tell (and of course we don't speak her language)-she has had a tough start to her young life, most likely hit by a car and required a FHO surgery to her back right leg. When it never healed right, we xrayed it again and saw the femur had once more broken and shifted and couldn't be saved and we needed to amputate that leg... she is doing incredible, very mobile, very active, very loving, very outgoing and just the most resilient petite girl there is. Chloe is an amazing little pup who is about 5 years old and weighs 9 lbs. Chloe is a chiweenie mix, she has a long body and small head. She is not getting any bigger. This little girl is so sweet and just full of love. At first, she is a little timid and can be a bit scared. After a few days, she will start coming around and she is the funniest, cuddliest tiny baby you’ll meet. Chloe LOVES other dogs and would thrive with another dog in the house as she does lack confidence. She has been living with 3 other dogs and 2 cats in the home. She loves to cuddle with her fur-siblings if you’re not available to cuddle. She fears younger children as they can be loud and move fast. Children are okay if they’re calmer and understand patience with Chloe. Chloe LOVES her food and is very food and treat motivated. Chloe is pad/house trained and she is crate trained. She knows to jump on the couch or bed to cuddle, watch TV and sleep. At night she will put herself under your blankets as she gets cold quite easily. Her favorite spot to sleep above all else is in your neck. She will climb to the top of the couch or to your pillows and just curl up in the crook of your neck and fall asleep. She is not a big fan of leashes but can learn to walk on one. An ideal home for Chloe would be one with gentle children and somebody with patience (in the beginning) to allow Chloe time to decompress and come out of her shell. When she learns to trust you, she gets the zoomies and is one of the best dogs you’ll ever have. She is very loyal and loves her humans endlessly. Chloe is spayed, current on vaccinations, microchipped, heart worm negative, current on preventions and will have a health certificate from a veterinarian giving her a clean bill of health.
