Enough about food, although it IS almost my favorite topic. Want to hear about all my really good qualities? I have been a good girl with all the other dogs I have met, walk nicely on a leash, and am oh so close to being perfectly house trained. I try really hard to do it all right. Does anything beat out food? YES! The best thing in the whole world is being held and cuddled. I live for it. My heartbeat will even sync with yours when you hold me. Yes, I will love you that much. Solomon is house broken and loves to sit and watch people out of the front door and windows. He loves being outside and loves walks in the park and around the neighborhood. Solomon does not tear things up like mail, toilet paper, socks, or trash. He also loves to cuddle and be rubbed. Solomon hates baths and water but I give him a bath anyway telling him that he has to be clean. He loves treats and his favorite treat is duck wrapped sweet potato from Wal Mart. Solomon loves bones and his favorite toy is Lamb Chop or any bear that he can tussle with. Solomon does growl sometimes when he sees other dogs and cats. He also runs after birds if he sees them and barks. Slow introductions are needed with dogs, cats, and children. Solomon does get protective of his person, so he would do best in a home with no children and perhaps just one adult that he can bond with. He is around 2 years of age, 10lbs. He was a stray found in south Texas. His vaccines are up to date, neutered and recently treated for heart worm disease (his hair will grow back!) He is crate trained and loves his crate, he finds it to be his safe space He is potty trained but still wants to mark places, that has significantly gotten better in the last 48 hours that I have had him. He is nervous at first but loves to snuggle on the couch with us (especially on a soft blanket). gets along with dogs, cats and children. Has not whined or barked at all even with his foster dog siblings barking. Showed no signs of aggression at all. walks amazingly on a leash but does not know basic commands so far.
