Help us find a loving home for this little one… the owner had him for few years and now is getting older with some medical issues that prevents her from taking care of him the way she once used to. He is super friendly and loves cuddles!!

Story
Chase is a unique and loyal ChiBull mutt of some sort with an estimated birthdate of 12/13/2022. He came to the Mission during a medical crisis in which his family had run out of funds and options to care for him. If it's a disaster, it's probably happened to poor Chase in his first 10 months of life. He has had his leg broken, suffers from a neurological wobble of unknown origin, and barely scraped by when we received him and treated him for a very severe respiratory infection and pneumonia. Chase is also extremely unsocialized, having clearly missed the mark on experiencing the world through positive and predictable interactions with the stimulus around him and he can be very fearful when encountering new things.  Chase will be the kind of dog who needs a dedicated adopter who is not a push over and can set a clear path to success for him when it comes to socializing. There should be very little tolerance for reactivity and disproportionate responses to things that are not worth being afraid of, and there should be ample praise and reward for calmness and reasonable responses to the sights and sounds of the world.  Chase has been with the Mission for well over a year, and he's predictably wobbly with a yearning in his funky little heart for a home with one or two people, no other dogs, and no special expectations other than just hanging out and taking naps. Chase doesn't need to go everywhere and do everything. He can, and frankly wants to just be present at home and when company visits, he would prefer to go in his crate and be left out of the action. He's a man of simple means.  Chase comes neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed. His adoption fee is $200 and includes a sample of the food he's been eating, a leash, collar, and ID tag. To be considered to adopt Chase, please visit www.murcismission.org and send in an application.  Thank you for checking out our boy! ##1824775##

Story
Cratos is a sweet and low key red and white chihuahua that came to Murci's Mission from a local family who could not longer keep him. He has an estimated birthdate of 10/25/2014.  Cratos has cherry eye, and he is scheduled to have it repaired in December, so don't let that hold you back from considering him for adoption. He has experience with dogs, cats and kids and would likely live fine with any number of pets and children in his future life as long as they were gentle and kind to him in his golden years.  Cratos is crate trained and brushing up on leash manners. He is house trained but should be crated when left home alone as he will get into things. Cratos comes neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed.  His adoption will also include his cherry eye repair, a fresh dental, and a blood panel. Because he is a senior, his adoption fee is waived.  He comes home with a leash, collar, ID tag, medical records, and a sample of the food he's been eating. To be considered to adopt Cratos, please begin by visiting www.murcismission.org and sending in an application.  ##2213278##

Story
Capa is a loving and caring dog. She enjoys walks, camping, playing with other small dogs, and cuddles. She is completely house trained and never has accidents. She's a little nervous in cars but does better if her bed is in there. She LOVES treats and to wrestle with other dogs her size. She like to be a little thief and take stuff you leave outside. She usually doesn't chew it up but will go hide it outside with her stash of stuff. She can be shy, and it takes a little bit of time to warm up to someone. She will need someone willing to spend the time with her to gain her trust. She usually doesn't bark unless she is outside and even then, she will stop if you tell her to. She would do best in a home with just adults but with proper introduction and care she could very well do amazing with children too. If you are interested in meeting Capa please TEXT her foster parent (Meghan) at 440-752-8248 for more information.
