Welcome Jackson! Jackson is only 8 months old and I think I am his 4th home. He is a Cavalier King Charles spaniel and Chihuahua mix that weighs 23 lb. 24 hour update - he has settled on so well!! If you give him just a little time he will be the best boy. He likes to cuddle, is great with the other dogs and will seal out attention. He loves chewing on bones and toys. He is potty trained and crate trained but will bark in his crate. He sleeps in his crate next to my bed without a sound overnight though. See Jackson is not your outgoing, everything in life is great puppy. He is your I'm going to stay home tonight and watch TV puppy. Your I'm going to pass on the neighborhood block party, the I'll order take out and leave it on my porch please dog. Loyalty is huge and once earned he will be your best friend, your partner in crime and will follow you everywhere. He is good with other animals and would do best in a home with another calm and collected dog. He will need an adopter that knows dogs. One that will give him a couple hours or days to come around. That won't want to hug him and kiss him the first day. Will he get to that point with his family. Yup... Well I'm pretty sure. Also, no young kids. Maybe 10 and up. I'm sure a loud and busy home is not what he is looking for. I'm just 24 hours we became best buds. He likes to cuddle and sit on your lap. He can be a barker as he is under socialized so no apartment living for him. He really is a good boy and just need a little bit of time to realize he is safe and loved. He sleeps through the night in his crate next to my bed. If you want to cuddle with this guy while being antisocial reach out today!
