Hi, I’m Henry! I’m a clever little guy who’s learning all about how to be the best dog I can be. I’m super smart, and I’ve already started catching on to good doggy manners. It’s a work in progress, but I’m making strides every day!I’ve been warming up to other dogs in my foster home, and while I’m not ready to play yet, I’m figuring out how to share my space. I can get a little protective of my favorite human—I’m a loyal shadow and love sticking close. New people can be a bit intimidating for me, but I’m slowly learning to trust and relax.I’ve got a mischievous streak—I’ve mastered the art of slipping out of my collar and sweater when no one’s looking, and I love climbing onto high spots like a little mountain goat. I’m also learning to walk on a leash, and I’m working hard on my potty training.Despite being a little nervous at first, I’m starting to enjoy snuggling on the couch, chewing on bones, and even playing with toys on my own. My foster mom says I have the potential to be a higher-energy dog once I’m totally comfortable, but I’ve also got a cuddly, affectionate side that’s starting to shine.I’d love to find a patient and understanding family who can help me build my confidence, continue my training, and give me the love I deserve. Hi, I’m Abe. Life hasn’t been easy for me, but I’m still holding on, and I’m ready to find someone who’ll help me heal. I was rescued from a really tough situation, and now I’m just looking for a safe, loving home. I’m a sweet and gentle poodle, but I’m a little nervous, especially when I’m outside or on a leash. I get anxious and feel unsure in those situations, but with some patience and understanding, I know I’ll start feeling more comfortable.Right now, I can be a bit growly toward other dogs—I`m just cautious because of my past—but I’m not aggressive, just trying to figure things out. I promise, once I trust you, I’ll be the most loving companion. I have a small wound on my chest that still needs some staples removed in about a week, but I’m healing well.I’m looking for someone with a gentle hand who can help me feel safe and secure. I might need some extra care, but in return, I’ll give you all the love I have. If you have patience and kindness to share, I know we can build a beautiful bond together. Can’t wait to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dahlia! I’m pretty much the definition of a Couch Potato. My favorite thing in the whole wide world is sleeping—whether that’s snuggled up in my cozy bed or curled up on the couch. When I’m not napping, you can find me playing with my favorite balls and toys or enjoying a nice walk (I might get a little energetic when I see a cat, but don’t worry, I’m easy to redirect and always ready to keep walking).I’m a friendly girl who loves meeting new people. I’ll greet you with excitement and curiosity, and if you’re sitting down, I’ll probably try to snuggle up next to you. I’ve met a few dogs on my walks, and I’m totally chill with them. I’ll give them a sniff and move on. Cats, though—oh, they really get me moving! I get a little excited and try to chase after them, but I’m always easily redirected by my humans.I’m still learning to ring a bell when I need to go outside, but I’m a good girl and haven’t had any accidents so far. I sleep in my crate like a little angel and haven’t made a peep at night. I’m kind of like a little old lady in that way—love my rest, but I’ll check in on the family every now and then to make sure everyone’s okay.One of my quirks is that I once jumped onto the dining table (whoops!), but now I know better. I stay off and just enjoy hanging out wherever I’m comfortable. I *love* being petted and will come looking for attention when I’m in the mood for some affection.I think I’d be perfect in any family. I’m super adaptable, and whether you’re a couch potato like me or active and out and about, I’ll be right there with you, ready to love and snuggle.
