If you are looking for a cuddle buddy, Atlas is the guy for you. His unique looks and amazingly sweet and inquisitive personality are products of his rich breed mixture. Atlas (also known as "Mr. Steal Your Heart and Pillow") enjoys long walks, short car rides, exploring, cooling off in creeks, lounging around the house, playing tug, unstuffing plush toys, wrestling and playing the bitey face game with his doggy sibling, cuddling in bed, and anything else that allows him to spend time with his family. At almost 3 years old, he has outgrown most undesirable puppy behaviors, but is still an active boy who requires adequate exercise. He does well with children and other dogs. He has done well with cats! He likes to lead walks and can be overly eager to meet new dog friends, so some training in those areas is recommended. He also gets overwhelmed in busy settings and sometimes experiences stranger danger so it is advised to avoid crowded settings unless addressed by a trainer. He is overnight crate trained, but he becomes anxious when left in the crate for extended periods of time during the day so his ideal home would have a pet parent who is home for the greater part of the day. Atlas is learning how to pull carts. He is a very smart dog and seeks to please his owners. Atlas is house/potty trained, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines and preventatives. She greets those she loves with kisses and dancing feet every time they come home. This cozy pup spends much of the day lounging but her favorite thing is cuddling with her people. A close second favorite activity is going for a long walk. Izzy Blu loves being outside where she can show off her leash skills and get compliments from the neighbors on what a pretty dog she is! Izzy Blu has some vision impairment which doesn’t slow her down. She would benefit from a fenced yard so she can safely be active, especially at night. Izzy Blu is kid friendly and likes dogs, but needs a slow intro/a resident dog who can give her time to be comfortable in a new environment. This sweet pup is gentle with everyone in her family, so smart and learns things easily.
