Let me introduce myself. I'm Xolo; you say it Zo-lo. I'm looking for a family with room in their lives and home for a big man. My foster dad says I'm a goofball, but I think I just like to have fun. The good thing is I have all the cool skills down. I am crate trained when my foster family is gone, I know to do my business outside and I sleep well through the night in their room. I would prefer to sleep on the bed with them, but so far they haven't been willing to let me up there. I'll keep trying. I walk pretty well on a leash but I am strong so I'll need my new people to help me continue to learn to walk nicely by their side. I like to be the man in charge so if I had a friend, a nice girlfriend would be preferred. She would need to understand that I'm the boss. I've mentioned I'm strong, right? That comes across when I'm wrestling and playing too. I can get pretty rough and need to be reminded to settle down. But at the end of the day, I am incredibly loving, surprisingly gentle, and I will become your true best friend. I need the right home to accommodate a dog with a booty and personality of my size.

Sofia is a playful puppy but also loves to cuddle. She has no idea what personal space is and just wants to be near a warm body. LOL! She will bark at noises but is not aggressive. She sits on command and is smart. Sofia will destroy anything she can pull into her crate, so for that reason, there is only a mattress inside a huge crate where she sleeps at night, if she is being left alone for short periods, a smaller crate is best. Lance is a 5 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback/Hound mix that came to Humane Tomorrow from a Florida shelter during Hurricane Milton evacuations. Of course, the breed mix is just our best guess. Lance loves running zoomies around the large yard at his foster home, and he is super fast! He also loves playing with toys, wrestling with the resident dogs, and getting belly rubs! He recently attended a school function where he was friendly with everyone and every dog, including a 4 lb dog he decided to pal around with. He has a tendency to jump up when he is excited to see you, and foster mom is working with him to keep "four paws on the floor". We think he will be fine with kids over the age of 6.
