Story
Tookins is SUCH a sweet and loving girl! She's been friendly and social since the moment I brought her home. She likes to lay on me on the couch and sleeps next to me in bed. Also, she often touches my face so sweetly with her paw and it melts my heart. Tookins has beautiful, unique markings and very soft fur. She also does well riding in the car in a kennel. Tookins plays with toys a bit. One of her favorites is the round track with the ball and the scratching mat inside. She's also been a hoot to watch as she bats around a strip of fleece or a small stuffed mouse. Lately she's been getting the zoomies from time to time which is also pretty fun to watch! She has done well with the small dogs in the house. They don't snuggle or play much, but they're all very comfortable around each other. I also had a very shy foster kitten for a couple weeks at the start. The kitten loved Tookins, but it took her much of the time to warm up to the kitten. She preferred to roam the house with the dogs, although towards the end I'd find her laying on the futon next to the catio (where the kitten was). Tookins is carrying some extra weight, so I'm careful about measuring her food and avoiding extra treats. Our vet team also found that she has a heart murmur and some slightly abnormally-formed kidneys. Luckily both issues are very mild at the moment and not causing any problems or needing medication. However, her kidneys may put her at a higher risk for developing early renal disease. She'll need bloodwork and a urinalysis done every 6 months to monitor her kidneys so any changes can be caught and addressed right away. She'll also need yearly echocardiograms to monitor her heart, and again catch any issues early on. We understand that not all families will feel comfortable committing to these regular tests for the duration of her life, and that's ok. I know there's a perfect family out there for her that will, and I'm happy to keep loving on her till we find them. She's only two years old and deserves the best chance we can give her at a long and healthy life! Tookins- has 2 congenital abnormalities to make sure are noted. -Mild tricuspid valve insufficiency -Mild renal dysplasia She does not need any medications or special diets at this time. She should have her heart echoed again in 1 year, and possibly yearly after that. She should also have her kidney values and a urine checked every 6 months to monitor her kidneys as she is at risk for developing renal disease with her kidneys being abnormal.

Story
My friends cat had kittens and she needed people to take from the litter and at the time I figured why not? I’ve never owned a cat before her and don’t have much experience with cats to this day honestly. I’ve had her for roughly a year and she’s been great for the most part, she’s litter box trained and is indoors only. Recently I got a dog and he’s been trying to play with her and lay around near her but she doesn’t budge and will hiss and try to slap him, this has started to her hissing and slapping me if I come up to her and I’m not quite sure how to fix that. Because of this I no longer think it’s a good decision to have her in the household and think she’d do better in the care of someone else! She’s very playful if want to play and if you want to lay around she’ll do the same, she likes the mirror her surroundings. Overall Juniper is very sweet and hopefully she’ll find a new forever home!

Story
I need to find a loving home for Hasay because my 3-month-old baby is allergic to cats. It breaks my heart to let him go, as I had hoped to keep him forever. Hasay is a laid-back 5-year-old cat who will turn 6 on December 25th. He’s very affectionate and loves to rub against you the moment he sees you. While he's talkative and enjoys attention, he can become a bit overstimulated after too much petting. The minute Hasay walks in your house he believes he owns the house haha. He also has a strict open door policy for all bedrooms (all he wants to do is inspect the room and walk out.) I’m looking for a forever home for Hasay where he can be cherished.

Story
Monty is approximately 4 years old. He is a sweet, very affectionate boy. He was my dad's cat, who recently went into senior housing where he can't have pets, and we can't keep him due to allergies. He is well behaved, loves to cuddle, very low key. He stays off the countertops. He is an inside cat. He weighs approximately 18 lbs. He is not declawed but doesn't scratch on anything but his cat scratch pole. He doesn't seem to like dogs. He's a great pet for someone looking for an easy going and well behaved companion.
