Chloe and Gus
At under a year old, Chloe and her brother,Gus, were found homeless in a parking lot - eating scraps and begging for food from passersby. They were finally scooped up by a concerned citizen and are now available to you as the perfect cat starter pack! They love playing with each other and love their humans too! Chloe is a sweet, doe-eyed girl with the cutest little bobtail. She is very poised, and always camera ready. Nothing makes her happier than curling up on a blanket with you. Gus is just a big, tabby teddy bear. Cuddly, curious, and ready to be your best bud. He follows you wherever you go. Chloe and Gus are affectionate, easy-going cats who would do well in just about any environment - including with other cats, kids, or dogs. They are currently being fostered in Huntsville, AL, with transport available to your area. They are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to make themselves at home in YOUR home. If you think you have the perfect place for Chloe and Gus, please submit an application at https://forrescue.net/cat-application/. They are waiting to meet you!

Story
MILA is a stunning SILVER AND WHITE PERSIAN with beautiful copper eyes! She is four years old, spayed, has her claws, weighs about 8 pounds and very healthy. Mila came to SPCR from a family what loved her very much, but a new family member is allergic to cats. Mila is chatty for a Persian, as she likes to tell you about her day, especially her Neighborhood Watch out her window! Those chipmunks can’t get anything by her! Mila likes exploring new toys, especially feather toys and catnip. She also enjoys her afternoon nap. Mila has lived with dogs before and would not mind an uninterested, quiet dog. She would prefer to not compete with another kitty for your attention. She would be fine with older, respectful children. Mila greets her foster parents at the door and waits for us to sit for her to come for pets and makes lots of cute Persian noises. She is just the nicest kitty! ADOPTION FEE $400. FOSTERED IN INDIANAPOLIS, IN

Story
SILAS and ARCHIE are 4 month old HIMALAYAN brothers. Silas is a Seal Lynxpoint and Archie is a Blue Lynxpoint, both having a blue eye. They are both fully vetted, which includes vaccines for rabies and distemper, microchipped, tested fiv/felv negative, dewormed, neutered, and both have their claws. They came into SPCR with eye infections so severe, that each lost an eye, because they were past repair. But once they had surgery, they felt so much better! Their remaining eye does water but that is typical for Himalayans. I wipe them once a day and they are good to go. They have beautiful coats that get a quick comb thru everyday. Sometimes not so quick because they LOVE combing. Lol They eat hard kibble and have canned 3 times a day, with fried-dried chicken as a nightly treat. They came in very scared and undersocialized, plus getting treated for various parasites, so they tend to run in the opposite direction when I call their name. But I think now it’s just playing because I call their name and they take off running with a big crook in the tail! Lol Archie is scared at first of new people and Silas is a little shy, but once you sit on the floor, play wand toys and get that comb out, they are big buddies! They aren’t lap sitters because frankly they get too hot, but they lay close by your side. They love pettings, scritches, nose and belly rubs. Archie doesn’t particularly like being picked up right now, but that could change as he gets older. They are both very sweet and loving boys! They like hanging out on their cat trees, and aren’t opposed to sleeping on the fosterparent’s bed. They like wrestling each other, playing or napping on large cardboard scratcher loungers, playing/napping in crinkle tunnels, lasers, electronic butterfly toy, and chasing springs, fuzzy mice, balls, and anything else that looks interesting. They would do best in a home with children 14 yrs or older and they have never been around dogs, but should be fine with quiet, cat friendly dogs. ADOPTION FEE (for the pair) $800. FOSTERED IN CAMPBELLSPORT, WI

Story
Buttons is a shy but very affectionate cat. She loves a calm quiet home where she can curl up on your lap and get pets. She really loves being able to snuggle up next to her human in bed at night. However, our house has become much too active for her and we find that she prefers to hide and stay away from the main areas now. She’ll only come out at night when everyone has gone to their rooms. I know she would be so much happier in a home that fit her personality better.

Story
Not good at first impressions?  Awkward in social situations?  Well so is Molly, and that's why she keeps getting passed up by adopters.   Hello, I'm Molly, and life took an unexpected turn for me. My dad faced job loss, and with it, our home slipped away. He made the tough choice to entrust me to the caring folks at Rescue Outreach. My new foster home is welcoming, complete with feline step-siblings, but my heart longs for a place to call my own. Despite the challenges, I'm embracing each day. I find solace by the window, captivated by the world of birds. Bedtime and mornings are my cherished moments, where I revel in cuddles, playful toe-chasing, and curling up with my foster mom. Yes, I'm still a bit on edge with new sounds, but I'm determined to grow more confident. Let me share a secret—I'm a relentless purrer, and chin rubs are my absolute favorite. According to my foster mom, I boast the longest legs and stand tall like a supermodel!  If you understand the nuances of feline adjustment, I could be your perfect companion. I'm not aggressive, get along famously with other cats, and while I enjoy being picked up, I prefer shorter sessions. When comfortable, I'll nuzzle you, signaling my readiness for affection. On a practical note, I'm a litter box pro. Currently fostered in Brookfield, I'm on the lookout for that special someone to make my forever home. Ready to welcome me into your heart? Animal is Fostered in: Brookfield, WI He/She is scheduled for alteration on ***.  If adopted prior to this date, adopter will sign an alteration contract and submit a $100 reimbursable deposit at the time of alteration.  We ask that the deposit be in the form of a CHECK.   Adopter will be expected to bring the animal to this surgery appointment on day, time and at location scheduled.  If the adopter fails to bring to date of surgery, the deposit will NOT be refunded.  We value the time our Veterinarian's provide us.  We are charged a fee for cancellations or no show appointments.  Missed appointments also delay care that other animals could be receiving. For more information, or to apply for adoption, visit our website at: www.RescueOutreach.com Please note the following will be performed on all animals prior to adoption: Microchip Spay/Neuter (unless medically unable at time of adoption, in which case this will be discussed) Heartworm Testing (dogs);    FELV/FIV Testing (cats) Age appropriate CORE vaccines.  Dhpp, Rabies (if old enough)-dog;  CVR, Rabies (if old enough) - cat  - WE DO NOT ADMINISTER BORDETELLA unless indicated.   PLEASE NOTE- puppies and kittens may need to complete vaccination schedule depending on age at time of adoption.   Dewormed All breeds are best guess from veterinarian based on physical exam.  All animals come from high kill shelters with poor access to resources.  Once they arrive to our rescue they are quarantined for health purposes and spoiled in loving foster homes until their forever home is found!  Our organization is operated 100% by volunteers who give their time and love out of the goodness of their hearts.   ##1841986##

Story
STOP LOOKING!! YOU FOUND ME!! Amelia here but my foster mom calls me Mia.  I've been in my foster home for some time now.  Won't you be my new family!!??  I am a little shy and hissy. I am afraid of fast movements and new people. I will hide when people come over but as soon as they are gone I am back out. I love playing with my favorite toys.  My new thing is laying on my foster moms head. Lol. She loves it. I'm starting to really come to her for pets and such. But hey she feeds me ham!  Wont you give a young, beautiful girl a chance!  I really want my own family!!! As for cats i love my foster mom's  2 cats. However, I am picky about others. But if you have 1 maybe I will do ok. We would have to give it a whirl!  Requirements: Children 10 yrs and Older (Due to my shy nature) Animal is Fostered in: Kenosha, WI For more information, or to apply for adoption, visit our website at: www.RescueOutreach.com Please note the following will be performed on all animals prior to adoption: Microchip Spay/Neuter (unless medically unable at time of adoption, in which case this will be discussed) Heartworm Testing (dogs);    FELV/FIV Testing (cats) Age appropriate CORE vaccines. ##1914585##
