Copernicus needs a new home! I rescued him as a stray kitten in 2013 and he’s a great cat who loves to be pet and loves attention. He’s lived in the Midwest, PNW, NYC, and now he’s a resident of SW PA—he’s had some adventures with me! I’m currently unable to keep him so he’s been with my family and they are at capacity with pets and can no longer foster him. I’m hoping to have luck here because he’s a great cat who deserves love and a great home. A comfortable place to nap, really ;) Copernicus is up to date on his shots. He suffered a bad blockage of crystals several years ago and had to have surgery, so now he eats a specific diet for his urinary health. Please reach out with any questions! We rescued Casian when he was 1 year old and has been with us since 2019. It is with a heavy heart that we have to rehome him due to personal issues. Casian is a sweet male main coon, the biggest snuggler and loves napping with you. He is very calm and loves his cat tree and high perches. He is very curious and runs to the door like a dog when someone comes to visit. Casian loves his ice cream! When our dog gets a pup cup him and Casian take turns licking it. He is the most lovable cat I have ever owned. I am looking for someone to take him in that will love him as we do. He loves humans of all ages and will be your best friend. If you have other cats he must have his own litter box. He does not like to use a litter box other cats have used and will pee on the floor. He is very particular about his potty habits. He has his own box separate from other cats and he is happy. Please only inquire about him if you are an avid cat love and are looking for some great snuggles.

Maya loves her feline friends. She is an avid birdwatcher whether on Cat TV or through the window. Maya would do best in a quiet home without dogs or children. All Maya asks is a safe place to live and an understanding person who will go slow and get to know her on her terms. Maya just wants a chance. Her foster works so many hours and isn't able to give Maya the 1 on 1 time she desperately needs. Life as a shop cat or potentially life in a horse barn would also work for Maya since she is a great mouser.

Say a big welcome to Wonder! Wonder came to Animal Friends through our Humane Investigations Department. Wonder can a be a little shy so he has been spending time in a foster home where his true personality is starting to show more and more every day. Wonder's foster reports that he is now becoming very playful and often gets the zoomies when playing with his favorite toys. Wonder has also begun soliciting and enjoying attention more, which is a huge improvement! He also enjoys feeding time where he's learned to become very vocal, making sure his presence is known! Wonder needs a calm, adult only home where he would be the only pet in the household. Wonder will need some extra time and patience so that he can adjust at his own pace. Can you imagine how WONDERFUL your life would be with him a part of it? Wonder is one of our Extra Loved residents. Although all of our resident animals get plenty of love, many of them come from backgrounds that require them to need a little extra. Extra care. Extra attention. Extra patience. They've certainly been extra loved here!
