Story
I wanted to share a heartwarming incident that occurred last evening. While driving home, I spotted two precious kittens, just siblings, bravely crossing a busy street. Luckily, I managed to halt my car in time and immediately offered assistance to the concerned neighbors who were desperately trying to catch them. Apparently, their mother, a feral cat, had given birth to a large litter in a neighbor's breezeway. Since they had already taken in six kittens, these two were left unattended. Hence, they requested if I could foster them temporarily as there seemed to be some confusion regarding their ownership. Though I would love to keep these adorable cats, taking into consideration my existing one cat and two elderly dogs, it might not be feasible. However, I wanted to inform you about this situation as maybe you or someone you know would be interested in adopting these little furballs. Please let me know your thoughts, and I can provide more details if needed. Thank you for your time

Story
Lily is a sweet, affectionate, and somewhat shy girl who would do best in a home where she can be the only pet. She takes awhile to come out of her shell and needs an owner who will be patient with her and let her build trust. Lily is very mellow and low maintenance and would be a great companion for an older adult or someone who works a lot and is looking for a beautiful cat to provide companionship and affection while relaxing in the evenings.

Story
Lucky is a 3-year-old playful and affectionate boy with an adorable face and beautiful and unique coloring/markings. He is super cuddly and friendly with people but gets jealous of any other pet in the home and will sometimes act out aggressively toward other animals in the home (never people). He will probably always need to be an only cat. He has a lot of energy and, while he is happy to spend long periods napping, he needs daily playtime with his humans. He can get overstimulated by play so he is probably not a good fit for young children, who may not be able to read his signals. Kids over 10 who like to wrestle with him would be a great fit.

Story
Meet Sisson, a fun loving, high energy cat. He loves to play - he will leap into the air and chase toys for hours. He can play on the rough side, so it's better to shower him with wand toys and lots of interactive play. He may do best in a home with adults and older children who respect his boundaries. Sisson lived with cats and did well with them. The dog was another matter and he'd prefer to be in a dog-free zone. Sometimes the chemistry just isn't there. He has been an indoor kitty, but we suspect he may want to go outside sometimes. When Sisson looks into the mirror, he sees Mufasa and would tell you, "I have the spirit of a lion in my heart and it makes me want to roam and hunt. Do you appreciate a hunter? I need more adventure and activity than an indoor cat will get. If I am not allowed outdoors then I will get into trouble. This means I will play with things I am not supposed to and I may even start "hunting the people that live there. I need more territory and things to do than an indoor only life will give me. If you want to add a feisty feline with a lot of personality, spunk and adventure to your life, then I'm the one for you!" Looking for a lion-hearted snuggler? Sisson fits the bill! If you're ready to adopt now and want to learn more about, meet, or adopt this pet, you can start the process in one of two ways: Come on in during open adoption hours Tuesday - Saturday 12:30-3:00! Story
We got a call from are vet saying if we would take in General Mittens. The vet stated that owners wanted to have him put down due to age and peeing outside litter box. Thank God we have a great vet , general mittens had a UTI infection, which has been cleared up and no signs of peeing outside litter box. He is doing very well. General Mittens will be on a hills science diet for the rest of his life and have to take a chewable joint supplement dasaquin. once a day. He is a very friendly cat loves pets and affection. He would have to be the only cat in the house, he will hiss at other cats but thats all . But we think for stress on General Mittens better to be only cat. Lets find Mr Mittens a great forever home
