Story
Sinbad (7 years old) is a shared cat who is loved beyond measure. He was found as a kitten by a friend but allergies gifted him to me. My schedule doesnt permit me to give him the attention he craves, a homebody is preferred. He LOVES to play and will be your shadow. He loves the outdoors but must be an indoor cat as he is physically compromised. He had his right hind leg amputated due to malformation at birth. His remaining back leg, also malformed, doesnt function so he drags it behind him. He walks using only his two front legs and moves around nimbly (like a seal)! Because of this, he is unable to jump so will stay off of counters, dressers, tables. He is able to climb using only his front claws but that gets taxing for him. He will climb up upholstery to sit with you or up your bedsheets/blankets to lay with you. In those cases, its best to help him up so that he doesnt strain too hard with the effort. Bathroom is not an issue. He is special, curious, and hysterically funny!

Story
Demeter is currently one of the Shelter's longest residing residents! Demeter was brought in as a stray and her family never came looking for her..so now she is looking for a furever family that is a good match! Demeter is a calm girl who really enjoys comfortable beds to lay in and watch the world go by. She does not love the other cats in the cat room getting in her business, but she does love human snuggles. Demeter is a tough gal who was fighting pyometra on intake! The Shelter and Second Chance were able to get her spayed quickly and now she has never felt better!

Story
Meet Tinsel, beautiful 2-year-old domestic short hair cat who came to our shelter as a wandering stray, heavily pregnant. Tinsel was the best mom to her five kittens and she is done raising them Tinsel is now ready for the next chapter of her life. Tinsel is a petite lady who is very curious and loves to explore her surroundings. When she’s not lounging on a cat tree, you will find her batting a play mouse around the room. Tinsel would do well in a patient home that will give her time to adjust after her long stay at the shelter. A home without other cats would be ideal for Tinsel

Story
Meet Ricky Age: 3 years Gender: Male Neutered: Yes Hello there, I'm Ricky! I'm a sweet and brave fellow with a knack for cuddles. My goofiness will make you chuckle and my playful nature will keep you entertained. I'm always up for a fun game or some curious exploration. My wits? Well, I've been told I'm quite the intelligent kitty. I'm also super friendly- always ready to make new friends. My past may be a mystery, but my future is bright and full of love. I'm not just a cat, I'm a loyal companion, a bringer of joy, and a furry bundle of love. Please fill out an adoption application to get started on bringing this sweet boy home. Ricky did test positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). FIV is a widely misunderstood condition. Many people are unaware that cats with FIV can live a normal life just like cats without FIV. Many people think that it’s easily spread, makes cats very sick, and that they have a lower life expectancy, so they are often overlooked. With nutritious food and proper vet care, FIV cats can live a long, normal, and happy life. If you'd like to learn more about FIV in cats, please refer to the link below: https://www.vet.cornell.edu/departments-centers-and-institutes/cornell-feline-health-center/health-information/feline-health-topics/feline-immunodeficiency-virus-fiv
