Story
This is our sweet girl Poppy! She was given to us by a friend who didn’t realize she had an allergy when she got her. We were delighted to take her in, and she is such a sweetheart! She loves attention, including that of our young son and our baby. She absolutely loves people, and purrs like a motor. She is very curious and loves to climb, often hanging out on top of our fridge and cabinets. She doesn’t really like to be held, but if you bend over while she’s up on the counter, she will climb right on your back and lay down. Her original owner (before our friend) declawed her front paws, which is unfortunate, but also means she won’t scratch up your furniture! She is a wonderful little baby girl, but unfortunately, she does not get along with our other cats. She doesn’t seem to like them, nor do they like her. We aren’t sure why, but are certain she would do great in a home without other cats! We love her, but we also want her to have the best life she can have and be comfortable!

Story
This little guy came to my doorstep in mid-September, with some wounds and being much skinnier than he is now. I've tried my best to keep him, but my other cat has been experiencing some stress-related urinary problems with this little guy in the house, so unfortunately, he needs to go ASAP. I wish I could keep him, but I made a commitment to my first kitty a couple of years ago, so he's my first priority. He's FIV/FeLV negative, up to date on his rabies vaccine, and received an allergy and flea shot during his initial checkup. He's super friendly and playful, estimated to be about 1 year of age, give or take. Responds to "Whiskers" and "Booger", or really any name/nickname ending with -er.

Story
Hi, my name is Gus!! I was adopted as a wee kitty at 4 weeks old from a shelter. I was chosen by the oldest daughter as her pet and I become part of a family of 5 that includes a dog. I like the dog but she is big and wants to chase and snap at me and my family is worried I will get hurt (yikes). My dedicated daughter owner raised me as her baby, she has now gone to college, her sister now takes care of me. I have to live in a dedicated master suite with her, but I get lonely and she will be going to college soon. My family wants me to have a great life with someone that can allow me to roam the house and give me undivided attention. I love to be snuggled, but I like my alone time. I am super low maintenance as long as you feed me, love me and give me attention. I get anxious when I am alone for too long. If you’re looking for a kitty boy to spoil, I am your man!! I also come with a climbing kitty wall if you want it. My family is sad about giving me up but they know I deserve better.

Story
RESCUED 4 CATS: There were 4 cats and a dog that could not be taken to an apartment by their owner. I already have two cats but my kids love cats, so we rescued the 4 abandoned cats. My sister adopted the dog. I told the kids up front that we cannot keep these cats, and we are only fostering them until we can rehome them. Mist is a skittish kitty. Although she has been around dogs and cats her entire life she may be better off alone. Or perhaps it's just these specific cats! She does not hang out or talk with other cats. She sneaks around them. She is about 3 years old, but if she feels safe she loves being petted. My daughter is the most attached to her. I know she will be upset, but Mist and at least 2 more of the 4 must go to new homes. :( Please contact me to adopt this nice kitty cat. Thank you.

Story
We call him Fuzzy. He is a laid back kind of kitty but is REALLY affectionate. He has recovered from being neutered as well as from the abscess on his head. The hair where the abscess was is starting to grow back. We believe he would thrive with a kitty around his age to play with, the vet estimates he is 3. He is using the litter box. He gets pawsy so I don’t think kids are a good idea as he does not know his paw strength and can scratch you pretty quick. He is up to date on his vaccines. Fuzzy has a 1 yr plan with Petfolk Care.

Story
Frankie is basically our eternal kitten. She's small, curious, and very playful. She's super sweet and timid and she get's picked on by our other cat. He's trying to play with her but he's just too big and rough for this sweet little girl. We would like to send her to a home where she can have a more peaceful life. We have a kid and she does great with her. (mostly stays out of reach). She's three years old, and we rescued her in Los Angeles before moving out here. We were hoping that she would be able to acclimate to the playing with our other cat with age and size, but she's just kind of a tiny sweet kitty, and I don't think she has an aggressive bone in her body to defend herself. Please reach out if you think you might be a good fit for her.
