BONDED PAIR: These are our sweet girls Mama and Maci. Mama aka “Sweet potato” is a 12 year old calico shorthair/munchkin mix. She is your typical little old lady who likes to lay around and sleep most of the time. She loves cuddling up next to you in bed or on the couch, being petted/brushed and meowing back when spoken to. Maci is a 6 year old orange and white long hair with a much more timid personality. Sweet Maci can be very skittish and may take some time to acclimate and gain trust in a new owner, however she is such a sweet little girl as well and gaining that trust is a very rewarding experience. You will quickly find that Mama is certainly her safety blanket. Maci has a quirky little personality once she comes out of her shell, most notably the way her tongue is almost always sticking out. We do have other cats and dogs and although there has been no issue or concerns, both of these girls would thrive most in a home with them as the only pets as they prefer a calm environment.

Meet Mayko, with a mind as sharp as her claws! Approximately 3 1/2 years old, she’s loving, sensitive, curious and very vocal. She needs frequent mental stimulation as ahe loves to get into EVERYTHING and will pout when asked not to do something. She also loves to sleep on top of me at night and stand guard as I take my showers everyday! XD She currently lives with one littermate and one other cat and can be quite bossy. Mayko needs someone who will train and play with her. She gets bored easily, even with advanced toys. She does get along well with my 10lb doodle. Looking for a home with: Cat proof cabinets (she loves to open cabinet doors!) Single cat home (preferred but not necessary). Could take up to a month to warm up to new kitties. Patient owner who loves snuggles Lots of training/playtime

Meet Enzo! She is an affectionate yet somewhat aloof companion who is curious to the extreme. She needs extended mental stimulation as she is bored easily even with advanced toys. Whenever I’m doing something new in the house, no matter what it is, she wants to be right in the middle of it! Like she’s saying, “Ok. I’ve got it now. Next time I’ll do it for you mommy!” She LOVES bathtubs! She loves to play with running water (but doesn’t like getting any other part of her body wet. Go figure, lol). While she currently lives with two other cats (one being a littermate), I feel like she might not be quite as aloof if she were the only cat. She gets along well with my 10lb doodle. Looking for: Cat proof cabinets Patient and affectionate owner One cat household (preferred but not necessary) May take up to a month to warm up to new kitties. Lots of training/playtime with a focus on frequently introducing new things into her environment. 100% indoors, unless good type of containment outdoors.

Oreo was born outside to a mom that was a stray. The good thing was his mom picked a great home to have her babies ~ the lady just loved on them and provided a safe, warm place for them. He is more of a watcher and love so see the kittens play. His favorite place to be in high on a cat tree that has a window overlooking the dog play yard. Oreo would love to have a big window to watch birds and squirrels. He is a big, handsome boy and just wants to be loved on his terms. Martini is such a cute little girl. She has to get to know you before "love" is shared. Martini loves to play and has a great time with her shelter friends and is always up for treats. The volunteers seeing her just watching what is going on as she checks out if she wants to participate. She enjoys the bigger cats and you can see her running down the halls at the shelter.
