Story
Introducing Aslan, a gentle giant who was surrendered into our care due to circumstances beyond his control. This handsome boy has a luscious coat of fur that will need regular grooming to keep him looking and feeling his best.Aslan can be a bit nervous in new situations, but with patience and plenty of affection, he is sure to come out of his shell and show his true, loving nature. At this time, we aren't sure how he would do with other pets, so a calm and quiet environment might be best for him as he adjusts to a new home.If you're looking for a sweet companion who needs a little extra love and understanding, Aslan would be a wonderful addition to your family. As Aslan is happy in a foster home, appointments will be required to meet him. Please submit a pre-adoption questionnaire here: https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/cat-pre-adoption-questionnaire/ Primary Color: Brown Tabby Weight: 7.86 Age: 5yrs 0mths 3wks

Story
This is Avocado, she is about 13 years old (not 100% sure). She is so loving and is looking for a family who will love and snuggle her. Also let her outside during the day so she can chase some birds and enjoy the sunshine. She is a very easy going cat that will let you know exactly what she needs when she needs it. She's a little chatty and loves to lay in the sunshine. She is a really great cat and I'm so sad to have to let her go. Im hoping to find a family that will give me updates on her every once in awhile if so fits. She doesn't do well with other cats (she makes a horrible noise when she sees another cat just a heads up). I could talk forever about how lovely Avocado is but ill just let you meet her in person.

Story
Puck is a charismatic and independent cat who's looking for a home where he can live life on his own terms. Brought in as a stray, we don't know much about Puck's past, but we do know one thing for sure-he's a true bachelor at heart! Puck prefers to be the only pet in the household, as he's not a fan of other cats or animals. He's a solo act who thrives on attention from his favourite humans, but he's not one to share the spotlight.Puck can be a little spicy at times, and he's the kind of cat who likes his space and will let you know when he's had enough. That being said, once Puck feels comfortable and trusts you, he can be a total sweetheart. He's a big fan of chin scritches and loves spending time with his people, especially when he's in the mood for affection.A very chatty cat, Puck will keep you entertained with his vocalizations and unique personality. He's always ready to share his thoughts, whether he's asking for attention or just having a conversation. Puck is looking for a quiet, loving home where he can be the centre of attention and enjoy life on his own terms. If you're an experienced cat owner who appreciates a cat with a strong sense of independence and a lot of personality, Puck could be your perfect match! Story
Meet Macaroon! This little sweetie came into our care as a young kitten along with her 6 siblings and has been in foster care ever since. However, all the siblings have now found their furever homes, leaving just Macaroon and Gingerbread still searching. Macaroon is a little more outgoing than her sister, Gingerbread. She will greet you at the door whenever she sees you with the loudest of purrs and some little chirps! She loves playing with any and all of her toys, but is also happy to snuggle up in a warm bed with her sister, and sleep the day away.Kittens need lots of attention and a safe environment for them to grow into great pets. Like any baby, Macaroon is constantly learning. Raising a kitten is a big commitment but well worth it when you consider they will be a part of your family for up to 20 years. If Macaroon seems like a good fit for you please submit an online application below, and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit!https://spca.bc.ca/survey/cat-adoption-application-shuswap/ Primary Color: Black Weight: 1.36 Age: 0yrs 0mths 12wks

Story
This is Floyd. Floyd recently came to us as a stray and appears to have been on his own for some time. He wasn't feeling great when he came in, but already has improved so much. He does have some broken teeth and is awaiting dental surgery, but would love to find a "foster-to-adopt" home while he waits. This means he could spend time in his forever home prior to surgery and as he heals - then when he gets the green light from the vet that he is all healed up, he could be officially adopted. Floyd loves to be loved. He is a total lap cat and will take all the attention you're willing to give him. You can often find Floyd standing in the door and meowing at any passerbys to try and coax them into his room for a visit. If you're interested in this sweet gentle boy, please fill out an online application below:https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/cat-pre-adoption-questionnaire/ Primary Color: Silver Tabby Weight: 6.95 Age: 3yrs 0mths 2wks
