Story
This cat was feral as a kitten and I adopted it intending to keep it and care for it for the rest of its life. I've socialized several kittens over the years but this one, despite being only about 3-mmonths old, never seemed to enjoy being petted. As it reached adulthood it still seemed to dislike physical contact so I relented and decided to simply care for him and keep him safe, and allow him to refrain from contact since that's what seemed comfortable for him. He does fine with other cats and doesn't appear afraid of humans. He simply doesn't seem to enjoy contact and actively avoids being touched or petted. I was put in a position where I had to move and I no longer have any ability to house Axis so I'm forced to try to find someone who is compatible with his eccentricity. He's absolutely gorgeous and has a very high-contrast swirl pattern and a slightly short tail.

Story
Dirac was a feral adult cat living in dangerous conditions so I decided to give him a home. I unexpectedly had to move to where I can no longer keep him. I've had to move him to temporary property twice and each time eroded what trust he had developed. I've had times when he was in a tight area and he would allow me to pet him without hissing, growling or acting aggressively, but he's too shy to actually enjoy physical contact and I've lost access to the structure where he's living now, except for feeding, cleaning, etc. I will lose all access to that property in 2-weeks. I'm relatively confident that with time, he would learn to enjoy being around people, though to what degree he might begin to want physical contact I can't be certain.

Story
Inertia is one of three tortoiseshell sisters. Both of her sisters were immediately comfortable with people and loved attention. Inertia was the shy one in the litter. As she has become an adult she's had to be moved twice and this separated her from 24/7 contact with people. She is currently in a structure where she is fed, given fresh water, and her litter box is cleaned daily. But this has had a negative effect on her desire for social contact and she can be rather aggressive about avoiding contact. She needs a home where she can once again become accustomed to being in constant proximity to people, and from there, standard socialization tactics may prove to return her to a more social nature.

Story
Owlberto (Bert for short) is a Tabby cat and can get along with just about everyone including other Dogs and Cats. If introducing to dogs it must be done slowly over a duration of time. He likes to chase cat toys. Likes catnip. He doesn't really like to be held, but will tolerate it when needed. He came from a shelter. They shelter marked him born 7/14/2018. He does not like car rides. I'm looking to re-home him with a family that can give him a lot of attention and love.
