Story
Penelope, who was born 10/5/24, was relinquished with her 2 housemates by their owner who lost her home and could no longer care for them. Penelope is a little reserved but very sweet and beautiful. She is affectionate and is a lap kitty who is curious and playful. Penelope is a long hair, dilute tortoiseshell with white who is current on vaccinations, is spayed and is microchipped. Our adoption fee for one altered kitten (up to 1 year old) is $100 and for two altered kittens is $125 which helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets United Animal Friends rescues. If a kitten is adopted and taken home before the required set of kitten vaccinations is completed, the adopter will be responsible for completing any of the required vaccinations including a rabies vaccination at 4 months at their own expense. If you have any questions or to adopt a cat from United Animal Friends (UAF) an application must be filled out. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home. From the Petfinder website (Petfinder.com) click the ‘More About Us Button’ and then click on the ‘Adoption Application’ button that will take you to the United Animal Friends website. Then follow the UAF website directions below: From the United Animal Friends website: Select "Adoptable Cats" and pick the cat you are interested in.
