Story
Meet Joan, the Tuxedo cat with a flair for mystery and elegance! Like a classic heroine from a noir film, Joan’s journey from TNR life to indoor living has given her a bit of an elusive charm. She’s still finding her comfort zone and prefers a quieter, low-key environment to let her true personality shine. Joan tends to keep to the shadows, hiding when things get a bit too loud and bolting when the spotlight is on her. Introduce her to a small, cozy space first, and with patience and understanding, she’ll transform into your purrfect leading lady. My sister and I are looking for our fur-ever home, so if we sound like the pair for you, please answer the questions at the top of halorescue.org/cats and email them to foster@halorescue.org so we can set up a meet and greet!I am bonded to my sister Jett and we must go home together.

Story
Fasten your seatbelts and meet Jett, the Tuxedo kitty ready to take flight on her journey from outdoor life to first-class indoor living! As a former TNR cat, Jett is still adjusting to her new surroundings and will need some time on the runway before she’s ready for takeoff. She’s a little under-socialized, preferring to hide and avoid interaction, often taking off like a jet when pressured. HALO recommends starting her in a small, enclosed space to help her feel secure and gradually warm up to her new home. With patience and a gentle approach, Jett will soon soar to new heights as a loving companion. If my sister and I sound like the perfect addition to your home, please answer the questions at the top of halorescue.org/cats and email them to foster@halorescue.org so we can set up a meet and greet!I am bonded to my sister Joan and we must go home together.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Luna is a special needs cat. Although she is currently very healthy, she is felV positive. She will need a home with no other cats or with other FELV positive Cats. She is a very sweet cat and to our knowledge. She has not lived with other cats. Because Luna is so healthy we feel she deserves an opportunity to be someone’s beloved pet. She was tested during her intake process to a rescue and because she was positive she was returned to us. We are primarily a dog rescue, but took Luna in with her dog friend at the time. She would do well in a quiet home, but has been around older children. We’re asking for a nominal donation in place of her adoption fee. She is spayed, vaccinated, tested and microchipped. Obviously she would need to be an indoor only cat.
