Story
Get ready for the greatest love of your life!!! Please learn more about us and our available pets at Robin Hood Animal Rescue. In Tiffany's words: 'I am a very active, senior, silver Classic Mackerel Tabby who is FIV positive. I am to be an indoor only home with either no other cats (okay with dogs) or a cat or cats that also have FIV. Oh. FIV is not contagious to humans or dogs but can be transmitted to other cats thru deep bite wounds or deep scratches. I am loving when I want to be and other times, I can be a little aloof. I know that I am a DIVA!'  As with all our foster cat/kitten children, Tiffany has been altered, microchipped, has had her shots, and has been tested for FIV and feline leukemia. Get ready for the greatest love of your life!!! Please learn more about us and our available pets at Robin Hood Animal Rescue. In Fancy's words:  “My brother, Grayson and I were care for by a kind lady who rescued us from a life outside. I tend to feel more comfortable with other boy cats. I miss my brother who has his new family. I am happy for him, but I still miss him. I am quite playful, with lots and lots of energy! I am very affectionate with people and may be a good match for a family with OLDER children to keep me busy. I have to admit that I like to knock things off counters to get attention. I am okay with most dogs, as long as they won't chase me.”  As with all our foster cats/kittens, Fancy has been altered, microchipped, and has been tested for FIV and feline leukemia. Story
Introducing Tai Shan, the adorably rotund senior cow cat with a heart of gold! Tai Shan may not be the most energetic feline in the shelter, but he’s certainly earned the title of “Cuddle King” among his fellow residents. You see, he’s not just a favorite among humans; every kitty in the shelter adores him. It’s as if Tai Shan exudes an irresistible charm that transcends species boundaries! This somewhat shy, low-energy, laid-back feline is all about the fine art of lounging. If there’s one thing Tai Shan truly excels at, it’s perfecting the art of relaxation. He’s content with finding the comfiest spot in the room and settling in for a leisurely nap. All he really needs in life is a plush, cozy bed, a sunbeam to bask in, and perhaps a feline cuddle buddy or two to share his peaceful moments with. Tai Shan’s journey began behind Mailee’s Thai restaurant in Scottsdale, where he and his three litter mates were rescued as kittens. While his fellow siblings found loving homes early on, Tai Shan remained in the shelter, patiently waiting for his forever family. Now, his plump and endearing presence is a testament to his resilience in holding out for his perfect human and the love he’s ready to offer.

Story
Introducing Bridget, the enchanting calico queen whose captivating tale is woven into the very fabric of her beautiful fur. Rescued alongside her litter mates and the courageous mom, Shannon, who valiantly shielded them from a dog attack, Bridget stands as the last of her family seeking a forever home. Despite the joy found by her siblings and mom, Bridget has clung to her shyness within the shelter walls. While she has timidly opened her heart to a select few volunteers, each breakthrough came with the sweet reward of patience and unwavering dedication. Bridget effortlessly harmonizes with her fellow feline friends at Safe Haven. Her shy demeanor, though a challenge, holds a promise of untapped warmth and undiscovered joys. We firmly believe that in the hands of a patient and devoted individual, Bridget can blossom into the extraordinary companion she is destined to be. Shyness is merely a curtain, and behind it lies the potential for a deep connection. Even the most reserved cats, like Bridget, have the capacity to transform into loving and devoted pets. Will you be the beacon of hope and patience to illuminate Bridget’s path, guiding her towards the warmth of a forever home? Embrace the opportunity to witness the transformation of this enchanting feline into a cherished companion. Special needs: Bridget requires a high quality diet of mostly wet cat food to prevent the build up of bladder stones.

Story
Midnight is a shy and mysterious mini panther beauty. She loves to climb in high or hidden places, and lives for dinner time, treat time, second dinner time, catnip time, and string toy time! Midnight knows what she wants and has a distinct and unforgettable meow, which she will use to tell you all of her thoughts on the speed her food is being delivered (hint: not fast enough). Never fully growing to trust people after a difficult early life, Midnight has spent a lot of her life in the shelter and gets along great with other cats. It would warm our hearts to find Midnight her very own forever home to retire in, with a loving and patient human family who let her be her shy self.
