Story
Meet Scooby, a sweet and friendly pup who’s ready to find his forever home! This adorable guy has a heart full of love and a playful spirit that will melt your heart. Scooby is a little shy when it comes to sudden noises and unfamiliar faces, but with a gentle touch and some patience, he warms up beautifully. Scooby thrives in a calm environment and is looking for a family who can provide him with the time and space he needs to feel secure. While children make him a bit nervous, he is never aggressive—just a bit unsure. With the right introductions, Scooby could learn to feel comfortable around younger ones, especially if they respect his space. This cuddle bug loves to snuggle up after a fun game of fetch! His favorite pastime is chasing after his favorite toys and bringing them back for you to throw again. Scooby is a great companion for those cozy nights in or adventurous days out, as long as he feels safe by your side. If you’re looking for a loyal friend who will reward your patience with endless affection, Scooby might just be the perfect match for you. To add Scooby to your family, simply send us an email at springbranchrescue@gmail.com for adoption and fee information. He is wagging his tail and wiggling his butt at just the thought of finding his forever home and his story is just beginning! His next chapter could be with you! Our adoption fee includes transport, all age required shots, microchip, & a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. We look forward to receiving your application! We will review it shortly and give you a call to set up a phone interview.  We are thrilled to offer transport services every 3 weeks from Houston to the Pacific Northwest and the East Coast, ensuring that these incredible pets can find their way to you no matter where you are. This makes the adoption process smooth and convenient, allowing you to focus on welcoming your new family member with open arms. Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future away from a city that has an animal crisis. We are heartbroken each day with the many incredible and loving animals found wandering our streets. So often are these animals dumped, abandoned, or born on the streets and never find a home to call their own. We are giving them the chance that every animal deserves. We know that since you are looking to add a furry family member to your home here, you will provide the love, care, and attention they need to thrive. Thank you for considering adopting and not shopping. ##2199358##

Story
Available in TX, PNW and NE! Meet Ashley, an adorable 5 month old Carolina mix puppy, weighing 40 pounds and full of playful energy! This sweet girl is ready to find her forever home! Our little learner is picking up commands like "sit," "lay down," and "leave it," and she's showing great skill in loose leash walking and recall training already. Living with a medium-sized dog and two cats currently, she's friendly and playful, eagerly watching and learning from her furry friends. She would thrive in a home with another dog, as their presence helps her warm up to new things and experiences more easily. Though she can be a bit shy in new situations, her curiosity helps her adjust quickly to new experiences and people. One of her charming traits is how quickly she settles down at night in her crate, making bedtime a breeze. Despite her young age, she has the ability to relax on her own and will often put herself down for naps throughout the day. If you're looking for a loving, intelligent companion who's eager to learn and grow, this playful pup might be the perfect match for you! To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. Story
Meet Ty, an extraordinary Carolina Dog mix whose heart is as big as his friendly demeanor. Ty loves everyone he meets and has impeccable house manners. He’s non-destructive and gets along famously with dogs of all sizes. In fact, his foster family has only heard him bark once! Ty is incredibly smart, house-trained, and enjoys giving cuddles, making him the ultimate companion. Ty is about 1.5 years old and weighs 70 pounds. Found wandering around a softball field, Ty now enjoys car rides and embarking on adventures. He takes treats gently and has a playful side, often wrestling with his foster brother or trying to steal clothes when you’re getting dressed. At night, he curls up on the same bed as his foster brother, proving he’s not just friendly but also affectionate.Ty is polite and enjoys sitting back, watching the world go by. This quiet demeanor has his foster family joking about how regal he looks all the time.Ty is the perfect blend of adventure and affection, and he’s ready to be your loyal companion!IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as 'Out of Town' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. You can read more about transport here: www.charmingpetrescue.org/transportWe understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.November 4, 2024, 11:33 am
