Story
Available in TX, PNW and NE! Meet Ashley, an adorable 4 month old Carolina mix puppy, weighing 35 pounds and full of playful energy! This sweet girl is ready to find her forever home! At just 12-14 weeks old, she's already on the way to mastering house training and crate training. Our little learner is picking up commands like "sit," "lay down," and "leave it," and she's showing great skill in loose leash walking and recall training already. Living with a medium-sized dog and two cats currently, she's friendly and playful, eagerly watching and learning from her furry friends. She would thrive in a home with another dog, as their presence helps her warm up to new things and experiences more easily. Though she can be a bit shy in new situations, her curiosity helps her adjust quickly to new experiences and people. One of her charming traits is how quickly she settles down at night in her crate, making bedtime a breeze. Despite her young age, she has the ability to relax on her own and will often put herself down for naps throughout the day. If you're looking for a loving, intelligent companion who's eager to learn and grow, this playful pup might be the perfect match for you! To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. Story
Meet beautiful miss Beauty! Beauty was surrendered with her two doggy siblings after her owner could no longer care for them. She was living in less than decent conditions and is looking for a safe home and family to call her own. Beauty is easygoing, calm, easy on a leash, and loves to sniff on her walks. She is super housetrained and even loves car rides. One volunteer recently took her on a short car ride and reported that Beauty “laid down and was very calm” in the backseat. Beauty is looking for a loving home and a snuggly couch to cuddle up on. She loves to get scratches, snuggles, and take naps.Come meet Beauty today, she is waiting to meet you!

Story
Eden is a gem! She is as smart and loving as she is beautiful. She’s a goofy girl who loves playtime, is great on walks, picks up on instruction and information quickly, and generally behaves like a sweet dog who loves to be around her people! She is charmingly curious about the world around her, often taking a quick look in any cabinets or closets that you open just to check things out. If you move around the house, Eden will follow and bring her toys to entertain herself or watch and lay quietly until it’s time to change rooms or play. She drives well in cars, doesn’t get on the furniture if asked not to, and is potty- and crate-trained. She’s treat-motivated, which is great for training her new tricks, and seems eager to listen and learn. And she LOVES her chew toys – to everyone’s delight, she doesn’t shred them to pieces!Eden has been great with the foster family’s resident dog, too! She always shares treat time and feeding time without any signs of distress or aggression. She shares her toys, romps around with the other dog a bit, lays near the other dog, and seems overall to enjoy the company of companionship. Eden would be a happy girl in a home with another resident dog to play with, or could benefit from active owners able to play and take her out for long walks to release some energy.Eden is a sweet, loving, and entertaining girl – she will be an excellent companion to her future furever family! Please reach out to Eden’s foster parents if you have any questions, and they’d be happy to share more details about her behavior, temperament, and personality. They think she’s a delightful dog who deserves a great home, and they’re eager to find someone who will love Eden as much as they do!

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Honey lived large with a big family in close quarters for a few months before coming to the shelter-there she was with adults, an older child, dogs and even a cat. She`s very housetrained and can wait several hours for a potty break. She`s also dutiful in following requests. Playing fetch is one of her favorite activities - she`ll drop it at your feet and back up to wait - she`s a fetch machine! When the play is done she`ll be ready for some affections. Honey likes to feel safe and secure like all dogs do, and this can be hard in a shelter where she feels vulnerable behind bars. She`s also crate trained and in a home, a crate den offers a quiet and comfortable retreat. Ask staff or her volunteer advocates for help meeting her. She`s advocated for by her many friends and fans including ClassicCaninesATX.
