Located in Tennessee but can be transported through Rescue Riders. Daisy was brought in with day old puppies, surrendered due to her being chained to a dog house. She is sweet girl who loves people! She is energetic, happy and gets along with other dogs. She has a very joyful personality who did not let her start ruin her life. She knows her name, does okay on a leash and does well in a car. She would be a great adventure companion who is open to new adventures with a new family

I’m about 2 years old (vet’s best guess, but have you seen my teeth? Very white. Very youthful. Iconic.) and 66 pounds of smart, sweet, slightly opinionated perfection. I’m some kind of part Shepherd/part angel mixup of breeds, which basically means I’m beautiful, athletic, and smarter than your average roommate. Let’s get into my resume: • Human-Oriented Queen – I like to be near my person. Preferably always. • Extremely Smart – I learned sit, high five, and treat-catching immediately. I’m basically a prodigy. • Toy Enthusiast – my stuffed Highland cow and tiny T-rex? My prized possessions. • Excellent Communicator – I will bark to let you know when I need to go out to do my bidness in the yard. Efficient. Clear. Respectful. I’m still getting used to this new life, but I’ve already discovered that cozy beds, couches, and being near my people are some of my favorite things!I can be shy and a little fearful at first, especially in new situations, but if you give me patience and kindness, I warm up beautifully. His treatment has been completed and he will need a Heartworm test every 2 months to follow up on his treatment progress until he has a negative result. During these months, you will need to make sure his heart rate is not elevated due to high energy play or exercise. Monroe will also need continued use of monthly Heartworm prevention going forward.
