I am 36 lbs, and I am looking for my forever home. Adoption Donation: $400 Lex is a sweet, loving girl who’s ready to find her forever home! She enjoys the company of other dogs and would do great in a home with a playful pup companion or regular doggy friends. This smart girl already knows several tricks like sit, down, and paw—and she’s always eager to show them off (especially if treats or praise are involved!). Lex is also potty trained, making her an easy addition to your daily routine. She absolutely loves a good game of fetch and would be happiest with a family who can keep up with her playful side. After playtime, Lex is content to relax and does just fine in a crate when needed. If you’re looking for a sweet, fun, and well-mannered companion, Lex might just be your perfect match! All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. We’re a cute, sweet, and slightly chaotic (in the best way) crew looking for our forever homes! Journey has been at the rescue for close to 3 years! Despite his lengthy stay he has continued to be incredibly sweet and affectionate. He is not only friendly towards humans, but also plays well with other dogs, making him an ideal companion for a multi-dog household. He is playful - loves toys. Journey also enjoys meeting new people, always hoping that one of the new humans will take him home. It is hard to believe that this friendly guy has been in rescue for most of his life. Is it because he isn't as pretty as some other dogs? It certainly isn't because of his behavior. Journey is waiting to have a home of his own with people who will provide him with the love and attention he deserves.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering.
