Story
Introducing Miss Miracle Nyla! This sweetie is a true survivor, having overcome distemper and thriving despite the odds. Tracey, Nyla's foster mom, refused to put her down despite advice from two vets. Although the distemper has left its mark with a neurological twitch and a palsied front leg, Nyla has adapted and is now zooming around on her three remaining good legs. She is well-behaved walks great on a leash, and is a bit shy (which is understandable given her past experiences). Nyla lives with her foster brother and finds comfort in being near him. Her only special requirement is to maintain her good clean diet of rice, chicken, and other appropriate foods. Please give Nyla your consideration - she is a sweetheart, who would make a wonderful addition to any loving home. If you're interested in adopting Nyla, please fill out an application at www.doggiebonez.com. You can also check out our social media pages on Instagram (@Doggie_Bonez_Inc_) and Facebook (Doggie Bonez) to see more of Nyla's cuteness. Our adoption fee for dogs, which includes vaccinations, fecal testing, wellness exams, microchipping, spaying, or neutering, is $500. If adoption isn't feasible, please consider fostering one of our pups. We are a volunteer-run non-profit dog rescue and always welcome new short or long-term doggie foster families. Doggie Bonez will provide you with everything you need, including dog food, a bed, toys, medical attention (if required), and more. So, if you're interested, please visit www.doggiebonez.com to see all of our available dogs who need a foster family while waiting for their forever home and complete the foster application.November 2, 2024, 7:31 pm

Finally you have the great opportunity to adopt a family dog whether you have lots of kids, you are single or part of a busy house, Tomyris will fit in well. She's easy going, appreciative of being saved and loved by her foster family and will love you the same! She is especially fond of kids, lives with large dogs, and cats too. Tomyris is a quick learner perhaps because she is so grateful and wants you to know she appreciates your love. She will benefit from daily walks and some more training, which she will be happy to learn since she is a balance between independent and a cuddle bug.

Story
We adopted Benny 6 years ago after losing our previous Chow dog to cancer. Benny is both fiercely loyal and independent. He is a loving companion and wants nothing more than to be by your side at all times. Excellent guard dog. He is about 6-7 years old. He lives with our other dog, Coco, in harmony. The good: Benny is a sweet dog in a controlled environment with an experienced handler. He gets along very well with our other dog, Coco, our friends' goldendoodle, and neighbors senior dog. He's EXCELLENT at critter control in the yard (he kills anything that moves). He loves to cuddle and get belly rubs. The bad: Benny has a very low threshold for outside inputs. Unfortunately, we live in a neighborhood where other dog owners are not respectful and let their dogs run loose off leash. Benny has attacked some of our neighbors dogs when they approach him off leash. He respects older dogs. He does not like younger dogs. Benny would thrive best in a low stimulus environment.
