Story
Nugget is a 3 year old, 47 lb Boxer mix. He does great in a crate and is housebroken. Nugget walks well on a transitional leash. We think Nugget would do best as an only pet. He is a bit timid around new people, so slow introductions will be needed. He is neutered and up to date on vaccines. Fill out an application at pottersangelsrescue.org/adopt

Story
Navy came with his housemate Sprout to CVHS when his family had major life challenges. Navy is very friendly, will jump to greet you, and possibly try to be in your skin. He loves car rides, attention from humans, and to run! He has previously lived with a child under 6 years old, but he's a jumpy boy, so older kids in his new home would be best. He does great with pal Sprout but hasn't made any other dog friends in a while. Navy cannot live with cats, as he will chase them, and not playfully. When his people were not around, he was confined to the kitchen and did well for a few hours at a time. He is not crate trained.A 5-week Good Manners training course is included in Navy's $350.00 adoption fee. Please call the Adoption Center at 802-476-3811, or email info@centralvermonthumane.org, to schedule a time to talk to an adoption counselor about him, and to determine if you should meet Navy.

Story
Say hello to Bella, the charming and spirited pup who’s ready to steal your heart! Bella is all about playtime, especially with her fellow rescue pals—she could spend hours frolicking in the yard! While it may take her a little time to warm up, once Bella trusts you, she’ll shower you with endless affection and loyalty. Bella thrives on slow introductions with well-balanced dogs, making her an ideal companion for other furry friends that match her energy. She’s crate-trained and settles in easily, though her playful nature means doggy beds don’t stand a chance—they quickly become her favorite toys! Highly motivated by treats, Bella is eager to learn and responds well to training. She walks well on a leash but can get easily distracted, so a gentle leader might help her focus during outings. Though Bella prefers the comforts of home, she’ll need a little encouragement to embrace the joys of a walk. She can feel anxious around other dogs on her adventures, sometimes expressing her excitement a bit loudly. But remember, every rescue has their quirks, and Bella’s incredible qualities far outweigh any challenges! Bella is ready to find her forever home with a family that understands and loves her just as she is. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful companion who will fill your days with joy, Bella is the perfect match! To add Bella to your family, simply send us an email at springbranchrescue@gmail.com for adoption and fee information. She is wagging her tail and wiggling her butt at just the thought of finding her forever home and her story is just beginning. Her next chapter could be with you! Our adoption fee includes transport, all age required shots, microchip, & a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. We look forward to receiving your application! We will review it shortly and give you a call to set up a phone interview.  We are thrilled to offer transport services every 3 weeks from Houston to the Pacific Northwest, the Midwest, and the East Coast, ensuring that these incredible pets can find their way to you no matter where you are. This makes the adoption process smooth and convenient, allowing you to focus on welcoming your new family member with open arms. Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future away from a city that has an animal crisis. We are heartbroken each day with the many incredible and loving animals found wandering our streets. So often are these animals dumped, abandoned, or born on the streets and never find a home to call their own. We are giving them the chance that every animal deserves. We know that since you are looking to add a furry family member to your home here, you will provide the love, care, and attention they need to thrive. Thank you for considering adopting and not shopping. ##2149754##

Story
Eve is about a 1 year old, 37 lb pit bull mix. She's the perfect mix of party girl and Netflix and chill. Eve absolutely loves to play and loves her toys, she would love a playmate but knows how to entertain herself as well. This pretty girl is house trained, crate trained and is so eager to please and very easily trainable. She's excelling in every new thing her foster mom introduces her to. Eve will do best in a home with no little kids, as her excitement and butt wiggles will knock little ones over, not meaning to. Eve has not been cat tested yet, but she's very easily redirected, so I'm sure that's something this sweet girl would excel with as well. If your looking for a running buddy by day and snuggle buddy by night this is the gal for you! Fill out an application at pottersangelsrescue.org/adopt for this gorgeous girl.
