Story
Nugget's a man on a mission - tell him to fetch his toy and watch him work. With a stash of toys and sticks, only the perfect one will do. Next to his human is Nugget's happy place – cuddles guaranteed! He's a mellow dude but enjoys short walks - until he's had enough and his built-in meter tells you "enough for today, human." Nugget, our longest-standing foster, requires a solo pet home. This 3-year-old, 47-pound Boxer mix is crate trained and is housebroken. He is a bit timid around new people, so slow introductions will be needed. He is neutered and up to date on vaccines. Nugget is a Pronature Pet. No adoption fee, 6 months of free Pronature food, and a $50 gift card from Pet Food Warehouse❤️ Fill out an application at pottersangelsrescue.org/adopt.

Story
Say hello to Bella, the charming and spirited pup who’s ready to steal your heart! Bella is all about playtime, especially with her fellow rescue pals—she could spend hours frolicking in the yard! While it may take her a little time to warm up, once Bella trusts you, she’ll shower you with endless affection and loyalty. Bella thrives on slow introductions with well-balanced dogs, making her an ideal companion for other furry friends that match her energy. She’s crate-trained and settles in easily, though her playful nature means doggy beds don’t stand a chance—they quickly become her favorite toys! Highly motivated by treats, Bella is eager to learn and responds well to training. She walks well on a leash but can get easily distracted, so a gentle leader might help her focus during outings. Though Bella prefers the comforts of home, she’ll need a little encouragement to embrace the joys of a walk. She can feel anxious around other dogs on her adventures, sometimes expressing her excitement a bit loudly. But remember, every rescue has their quirks, and Bella’s incredible qualities far outweigh any challenges! Bella is ready to find her forever home with a family that understands and loves her just as she is. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful companion who will fill your days with joy, Bella is the perfect match! To add Bella to your family, simply send us an email at springbranchrescue@gmail.com for adoption and fee information. She is wagging her tail and wiggling her butt at just the thought of finding her forever home and her story is just beginning. Her next chapter could be with you! Our adoption fee includes transport, all age required shots, microchip, & a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. We look forward to receiving your application! We will review it shortly and give you a call to set up a phone interview.  We are thrilled to offer transport services every 3 weeks from Houston to the Pacific Northwest, the Midwest, and the East Coast, ensuring that these incredible pets can find their way to you no matter where you are. This makes the adoption process smooth and convenient, allowing you to focus on welcoming your new family member with open arms. Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future away from a city that has an animal crisis. We are heartbroken each day with the many incredible and loving animals found wandering our streets. So often are these animals dumped, abandoned, or born on the streets and never find a home to call their own. We are giving them the chance that every animal deserves. We know that since you are looking to add a furry family member to your home here, you will provide the love, care, and attention they need to thrive. Thank you for considering adopting and not shopping. ##2149754##

Story
Hello, my name is Choco. It kind of sounds like taco. I am a friendly gentle, outgoing guy who loves all animals. I love humans and car rides too. A great day for me with be one with my human either hanging around the house or adventure wither on a walk, by car or watching a movie together. I do this cute thing where I like to move the bowls as "settle hints" that they are empty. The humans think it's hilarious. If you let me, I will snuggle up next to you on the couch and pretend to be a tiny dog that can fit in your lap. I am house and crate trained, pretty amazing on leash, so they say. I can play on my own or with others too. The rescue is not sure how we haven't found a family for me. They say I am a great dog and think maybe it's because my size, but hopefully someone who is a match for me and loves my SUPER HANDSOME smile will come along. If you are interested in me or would like to learn more about me, please complete the app below. https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/NAF/Dog I am located in San Antonio, TX, but a video meet and greet is available. Transport is included with out of state adoption along with health certificates for transport. I will be fully vetted to age, spayed/neutered and microchipped.
