Hero came to PCHS as a local stray unclaimed. He was traveling with another dog, that was hit and killed by a car. Hero is a very active dog, adjusting well to having daily care and TLC. He is housebroken, but will need additional leash walking training. Hero is food motivated. He would benefit with an active home and lifestyle with reassurance. Hero loves to splash around in water! If you have another dog, meet and greet is required. We believe Hero will be a loyal companion.

Mofongo is a 55 lb neutered mix of Boxer and Pit bull. Is timid in beginning but warms up quickly. Good with other dogs and mostly housetrained already. He is a very sweet calm boy that's only a year old. We have to cat test him yet. Rides well in a car. Fully vaccinated and microchipped. He would be a great home pet! We adopt to the general public but we also adopt to military veterans with adoption fee waived in order to provide our heroes with companion or emotional support dogs .
