Mofongo is a 55 lb neutered mix of Boxer and Pit bull. Is timid in beginning but warms up quickly. Good with other dogs and mostly housetrained already. He is a very sweet calm boy that's only a year old. We have to cat test him yet. Rides well in a car. Fully vaccinated and microchipped. He would be a great home pet! Poppy is a 2 year old spayed female boxer mix that weighs 33 lbs. She is very submissive at first, but super sweet and dog friendly. We have to still cat test her but we are guessing she will do ok with cats because she is not aggressive at all! She is microchipped and heartworm negative. She came from a kill shelter in SC and we were asked to take several dogs since many were in jeopardy of being euthanized due to lack of space, so we agreed to take this sweet girl ! Tate is a 3 year old 53lb neutered Boxer/Pit Bull mix. He is a beautiful sweet boy that was on the euthanasia list at a kill shelter in Ga due to lack of space! So we pulled him and transported him to our rescue in Pa! He is Heartworm negative and fully vaccinated. Microchipped. Dog and people friendly. Hero came to PCHS as a local stray unclaimed. He was traveling with another dog, that was hit and killed by a car. Hero is a very active dog, adjusting well to having daily care and TLC. He is housebroken, but will need additional leash walking training. Hero is food motivated. He would benefit with an active home and lifestyle with reassurance. Hero loves to splash around in water! If you have another dog, meet and greet is required. We believe Hero will be a loyal companion.
