Story
I’m a 1-year-old Pitbull blend, and I’m 61 pounds of pure heart! I’m sweet, loving, and full of high puppy energy. I absolutely love to play – I’m always ready for a good game of fetch, and I’ve got a lot of wiggle and jump in me (don’t worry, I’m not trying to hurt anyone, I’m just excited to show you all my love!). I already know “sit,” and I’m super treat motivated, so I’m all about some bacon sticks or puparoni sticks to help me learn even more commands. I’m still working on the house training thing and so I’ll need an understanding family. I promise, I’m a fast learner – I just need a little help getting the hang of things! I love bones, squeaky toys, and all the toys!! I get along great with small, female dogs, but I’ve never been around cats, so I’m not sure how I’d feel about them. I did visit my littermate & got along fine with him, so I could get along with another male dog, too. Given my energy and my love for the outdoors (even snow!), I’d be happiest in a home with a big backyard and a tall fence where I can run and play safely.

Story
Hi, I’m Dobbi! I’m a 4-year-old Pit Bull/Border Collie mix and I came to the shelter with my brother, Jay. We’re littermates, so we’re pretty close, but I’m ready to find my forever home. I’m an active and playful guy who loves attention and can get a little jumpy when I’m excited (but it’s just because I’m happy to see you!). I love balls and frisbees, especially balls! If you throw a ball, I’ll be there in a flash! *Multi dog discount would apply if Jay and Dobbi are adopted together!* I’m a smart boy and I already know some cool tricks like “sit,” “stay,” and “kennel,” and I’m really treat motivated, so if you’re looking to work on my leash manners or teach me new things, I’ll be all in. I’m housebroken, crate trained, and I’m always up for some fun. I’m good with dogs, cats, and kids—though because I can be a little jumpy and mouthy, I think I’d be happiest in a home with kids 10 and older. I’ve got one little quirk: I’m allergic to chicken, so I’ll need to be fed chicken-free food and treats. No problem, though—I’m easygoing and happy as long as I get my meals (and snacks!) just the way I like them. If you’re looking for an affectionate, energetic, and fun-loving companion, I just might be the one for you. I can’t wait to meet you and show you just how awesome life with me will be!
