Meet Bandit, my 7-year-old purebred boxer. I have been with him since his birth, and he is the son of his late father who I also owned. Bandit has always had a companion, be it a fellow dog or a human at home. He is a lovable, laid-back dog that adores children and is extremely well-mannered. Bandit walks well on a leash, is housebroken, and is crate-trained. He loves having company, but things have been tough since I moved to an apartment, and he's been experiencing separation anxiety. Unfortunately, he's been howling, whining, and barking, causing my neighbors to complain. Bandit is truly a great dog who craves attention and companionship.

Wash has been with us for twelve years now. He's played nana, jungle gym, and protector to our first and only child. He loves to run after tennis balls, though fetch has always been a temperamental challenge since he loves being chased as much as he loves running after a thrown ball. He has a big heart, loves attention, but is also perfectly happy to lay at your feet and laze about. We're moving overseas and the stress of the trip and month plus long quarantine with uncertain peer policies for housing is just too much to put this loveable mutt through. He deserves an easy and stable life, hopefully that will be with you.

Levee is believed to be about 10 years old. She was given to me by my sister in 2017. She has a sister named Lucy (also looking to be rehomed). Levee is a sweet dog that loves to cuddle. She is potty trained and walks well on a leash. She is great with kids due to her gentleness. As I use to take her and my nephew to the park or on walks together and she was always gentle with him. She is not much in too toys but on occasion will play. Especially if her sister entices her to tug-a-war. My husband and I are in seminary school and unfortunately could not bring her along with us. She is staying with a friend only temporarily. She is in need of a forever home.

Meet Olly!  We picked the name OLLY after Olly Murs who has the happiest song “Dance with me tonight!” It sure suits this precious soul - despite what he’s already gone through in the year or so of his life. Olly has touched our hearts already and we KNOW that whoever he meets will be touched by him as well. He’s the true epitome of the gifts dogs give us. They live in the moment and FORGIVE. Whoever decided to chop off the ears of this sweet boy must have been filled with such hatred and hurt - but Olly has moved past that and just wants to love and play with his dog buddies. Meet Mack! This big love of a boy had been seen wandering rural Georgia for quite some time before he was brought into animal control by a Good Samaritan. Gentle and loving, he quickly became a volunteer favorite! Mack might look like a serious guy, but he is a party animal at heart! He is crate and house trained and walks great on leash! His favorite thing to do is stare at his foster mom ( almost like he is staring into her soul) until she gives in and pets him - It's all about the love and affection for Mack! He would love to have his very own person all to himself to go on walks and car rides and just snuggle up by the fire. Meet Waverly!  Look who is all healed up and ready to find her forever home!!! Waverly came to us in early March with an unknown injury to her front leg. We didn’t know anything about what was going on except that she wasn’t putting any weight on her leg. Puppy or not, in a shelter that doesn’t allow any public adoptions an injury of any sort can be a death sentence. Other than not using her leg, Waverly was a happy, loving girl so we really didn’t expect her x-rays to look as bad as they did - a broken elbow right through the growth plate! After consulting multiple vets and surgeons, including Auburn University, everyone agreed the best course of action for her long term health and happiness would be amputation. Amputation surgery barely slowed Waverly down at all and now she’s completely recovered and happier than ever! Waverly just turned a year old just before Thanksgiving 2024 and doesn't even remember life before she lost her leg. She's great with dogs of all sizes. As a matter of fact, she’s great with everyone! This girl truly has never met a stranger! Interested in adopting?
