Wash has been with us for twelve years now. He's played nana, jungle gym, and protector to our first and only child. He loves to run after tennis balls, though fetch has always been a temperamental challenge since he loves being chased as much as he loves running after a thrown ball. He has a big heart, loves attention, but is also perfectly happy to lay at your feet and laze about. We're moving overseas and the stress of the trip and month plus long quarantine with uncertain peer policies for housing is just too much to put this loveable mutt through. Levee is believed to be about 10 years old. She was given to me by my sister in 2017. She has a sister named Lucy (also looking to be rehomed). Levee is a sweet dog that loves to cuddle. She is potty trained and walks well on a leash. She is great with kids due to her gentleness. As I use to take her and my nephew to the park or on walks together and she was always gentle with him. She is not much in too toys but on occasion will play. Especially if her sister entices her to tug-a-war. My husband and I are in seminary school and unfortunately could not bring her along with us. Bandit has always had a companion, be it a fellow dog or a human at home. He is a lovable, laid-back dog that adores children and is extremely well-mannered. Bandit walks well on a leash, is housebroken, and is crate-trained. He loves having company, but things have been tough since I moved to an apartment, and he's been experiencing separation anxiety. Unfortunately, he's been howling, whining, and barking, causing my neighbors to complain. Bandit is truly a great dog who craves attention and companionship.

Bubba has been my best friend since moving to Atlanta. He has a huge personality and is very stubborn. He has a lot of puppy-like traits and likes to gently nibble hands when he is excited. You can usually just tell him to stop. He likes to play catch and tug. He has never ruined any shoes, but he has had a run in or who with my baseball caps and socks (he likes chewing anything that smells like me). Bubba does not seem to enjoy a long walk- but he loves to be outside sniffing and barking “hello” at passersby. Bubba needs a lot of attention and close companionship or he does start to develop a bit of an attitude and resorts to regressive behaviors (peeing by the door). I admit that he could use some training- it has just been us and our cat working from home for the last 2 years. Everyone in the family loves Bubba. He has been on several road trips (up to 14hrs) and he loves to travel. Bubba is a superstar and loves wearing shirts! His whole attitude changes in a T-shirt.

The reindeer puppies are now accepting applications! These gorgeous babies – look at those eyes! – did not have the best start in life and were taken from a terrible situation by animal control. They came in sick, emaciated and skittish but we are happy to report they have blossomed with vetting and TLC. We do not know parentage but they are about two months old now and expected to be medium-sized adults. They are just getting started on potty training so are looking for a household where they can be let out frequently. They love other dogs and are very sweet, gentle puppies - we expect they would be just fine with children as long as they can handle them appropriately. Thank you for your interest in one of our furry kids! Adopting from Releash Atlanta means you will adopt a dog that has been fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered, microchipped and medically cleared!!
