Story
We adopted rooster off the street when he was 8 months old, we have had him for over a year. He has his quirks and that's why we need to find the right person to take him on. He kills small animals, including cats that enters the yard. We have tried multiple attempts to house train him with no luck, we think he might do ok with a doggie door but we are not able to install one where we are living. He gets along with our other dog just fine, and is more of a beta male. He will jump on anyone and everyone out of excitement. Due to his large size this has been an issue of us, as he has hurt our elderly family members. We have had to keep him tied up and don't want to introduce him to strangers. He still occasionally jumps on us, and we have done everything by the book to attempt to break him of this behavior. He is decent on the leash except when he sees a cat, then he will pull and he is very strong. He has pulled me down before. I think he could be a good dog for the right home.
