Story
Hi! My name is Jameson (Jamee as my foster family calls me). We think my birthday is around 7/14/2016 but I look like a young adult. I am a large teddy bear who LOVES people (big and small) and toys! I have a lot of love to give to my new family. I prefer not to share my love with other pet siblings - my foster mom thinks there is some history behind this preference. All I need is two meals (snacks would be nice!), two small walks a day, and plenty of love and affection! I sleep through the night on my bed and lounge on my soft blanket, I don't damage anything in the house, and I am fully house trained. I give my all to any family that wants me, I believe every dog has its family and I hope you are mine! If you would like to get to know me better, please schedule a meet and greet with my foster family or rescue. Feel a 'Love Connection'? Story
Hi, I’m Beth!🤎 I am almost two years old I have been learning so much about life! I have learned that I can be in public without stressing out and barking at everyone. I worked really hard, and now I get to go to adoption events and meet new people! I have met some kids also, which is fun because I don’t have any in my foster home, and I do okay with them. I love my foster brothers, and I play really well with them. I like treats and toys and have excellent leash manners. I think cats are fun to chase, so I am only allowed to go to a “no cats” home. I am medium sized, about 33 pounds, but that doesn’t mean I won’t run and play with the big dogs! I have had some anxiety, but my foster dad keeps working to train me, and I want to keep learning with my new family, too. ❗️Beth needs a home with people who are willing to work to understand her challenges and continue working on her strengths. She loves kids, but will be best suited in a home with children 16 and older while she continues to work on her training.❗️ Beth is part of our foster to adopt program! This means that you will have the opportunity to bring her into your home, work with her on her training, and ensure that you are home is the best fit for her and she is the best fit for you! At that point you can decide to adopt her or continue to foster! https://forms.gle/7dTuG94nZKd839c2A

Story
Meet Lila – Your New Best Friend! If you’re searching for a sweet, playful, and energetic family dog, look no further—Lila is your girl! This adorable Boxer mix is bursting with love and personality. She’s never met a stranger, loves children, and gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes. Lila adores playtime, whether it’s dancing on her hind legs with her foster family’s 7-year-old daughter, chasing toys, or running joyfully at the park with kids. At home, you’ll often find her on her back, playing with her toys upside down, embodying pure happiness. She’s great with other dogs, from her foster siblings (a German Shepherd and a Chow mix) to new friends she meets at outings. While Lila loves to play Boxer-style with a bit of rough-and-tumble energy, she’s also respectful of smaller dogs, though she may need a gentle reminder when a friend isn’t in the mood for fun. She recently wowed everyone at OSO and Postinos, where she happily greeted people and pups alike, showing off her friendly nature. Lila is smart and eager to learn! She’s working on leash training (just a bit excited to explore the world) and already knows not to jump on couches. She’s comfortable eating and sleeping in her kennel but also enjoys cuddling in bed when allowed. She’s a pro at car rides and is always ready for an adventure. This petite Boxer mix has had her DNA tested and is done growing, making her the perfect size for any home. She’s microchipped, spayed, up-to-date on all her shots, and ready to find her forever family. Adoption Fee: $350 For more information, please contact Brittany at brittanyladrech@yahoo.com. Lila is currently being fostered in a loving home with children, a special needs teen, and two dogs. While her foster family adores her, they’re hoping to keep their household at two dogs—so Lila is excited to meet her forever family! Take the leap and welcome this joyful, loving pup into your life—Lila can’t wait to meet you! ??

Story
Name: Annabelle “Annie” Sex: Female Age: 9.5 years old Breed: Boxer/Pittie Mix Weight: 60lbs Compatibility with other dogs: Good with playful, submissive dogs Compatibility with cats: Not good with cats, will chase Compatibility with kids: Great with kids House trained: Yes Spayed/Neutered: Yes Activity level: Moderate Obedience training: Well trained Personality/Behavior: Crate trained, Likes toys, Lap pet, Playful, Affectionate, Eager to please, Goofy Requirements: Meets the whole family; Active home; No cats in the home; Either no kids or older children in the home; Someone to continue daily valley fever meds and allergy medication MEET ANNABELLE aka Hurricane Annie!!! Sweet ol' Hurricane Annie! She's been with the rescue for 9 years awaiting her forever home. She's only had one meet and greet the entire time (and that didn't go very well given how rambunctious she was when she was younger). Miss Annie has turned a new leaf in her older years. She's sweet, friendly, well trained, dog friendly (as long as the other dog is playful and submissive) and is great with kids.  She loves to snuggle in the bed, get "zoomies" but isn't a total hurricane anymore. Now, she's more of like one of those wind tunnels that come out of nowhere quickly with a burst of oomph but then are gone quickly and you're wondering what happened.   Annie loves to go on walks and is slowly learning that we don't have to be in a race, but she gets most of her exercise from swimming and running around the yard with her foster family.  *Annabelle is being treated for valley fever which includes daily AM/PM medication. She also get's an allergy shot every few months. For more information on valley fever: https://wagwalking.com/condition/valley-fever If you would like to meet Annabelle, please visit our website for our adoption application, www.underdogaz.com or send email to info@underdogaz.comNovember 5, 2024, 10:01 pm
